If they are calling to collect a state or city debt, I have never received any notice of it. Why wouldn't the city or state, which obviously has my address since I have a drivers license and city sticker and water bill not send me an invoice??  'It is an auto caller and I am not returning it. In fact, I am blocking the number.

Called saying that it is from Arnold Scott Harris, P. C. Gave a number to call back.

Since October or earlier I have been getting calls from Arnold Harris Attorneys saying they are debt collectors. I call back, am put on hold, and left there. I have no outstanding debts for which they might be collecting tolls. I am now receiving one or more calls a day.

Figures someone from Indiana would bash Chicago. Look @ how awful your own state is, buddy. 20 times worse than Chicago, w/all your hillbillies and racists.

This is a gimmick
