Does anyone know exactly HOW to determine how many IL tolls were missed by a driver?

I do owe some unpaid tolls, (I had tried to pay them online soon after but did not have toll booth # and time I went thru without paying) and I know the fees go way up if one cannot pay them right away. But I cannot tell if this Harris and Harris firm has tacked on their own fees. Guy I spoke with today tried to bully me into making a payment today that I did not have the money in my account to cover.

Also, will they have my car booted because I cannot pay immediately?

Harris and Harris are ruining good people lives. I have paid them over 1500.00 dollars ticket that they claim I had some where over 20 years ago. I knew nothing about these tickets. I had no defense what's so ever. The people of Chicago are being extorted legally. This has cause people there jobs because suspending people drivers license where they cant go to there jobs driving long distances to work. This has to stop. There are also placing your fee on your credit which isn't properly done. There need to be a class action law suit against this company and the city if there up holding this scam.

I actually disputed the lines on my credit report and they deleted ALL of them - they tried to put each of my tix as individual accounts, and when you call it's all treated as one account. Needless to say, it was improperly posted and all 3 bureaus deleted them.

i received a call from 312-604-7173 ,when i pressed the number to speak to caller they hung up.

This company REPEATEDLY called the business I work for, leaving hundreds of the same message on our voicemail at all hours, calling and hanging up on us, etc.  No one in our office owed any kind of debt, so I called the toll-free number, and they said they'd put us on the "do not call list"...hope they really do.  Not sure how we got ONTO the list to begin with.  Stupid scammers.

This company makes automated calls up to 3 times a day, 7 days a week.
I called them and told them to stop calling. The automated recording is generic with no names.
When I called and told them to stop calling - they asked for my phone number which I provided.
Then they asked for my name which I gave them my last name and then operator somehow confirmed my first name.
The operator then proceeded to ask for my address. I told them that I would not give them any more personal information. She said she wanted to see if I had any unpaid tickets. I explained to her that I am a Secretary of State employ and was perfectly aware of my Drivers License file and that it was clean. I told her that the company constant calls seven days a week , I consider harassing and that I want the calls to stop immediately. The operator refused to do because I would give my address.

how u do that i have these people calling me now i never heard of them

I have same issues even with tickets I did not get but we're super impose to look like it was my car. I have documentation and still Arnold Scott wants me to pay. Are these jerkes still in business? I hope not

Yep...Still in business. Just got a call today, and have been for a while now. The last time I lived in Illinois is 1987, and as far as I know, I have no unpaid debt. Given all the reviews here, I'm going to ignore the calls until someone knocks on my door or I start seeing my salary getting siphoned off. But for now, does anyone know how to block this call?  

I have received, 2 robo calls so far.

I constantly receive calls from this company stating that I owe money.  I called this afternoon to speak with a representative about any parking tickets or vehicle fines I have.  After letting them speak I stated how this was interesting, seeing I'm epileptic and not permitted to drive.  So I have never owned, or driven a vehicle.  Do they just assume everyone has tickets. I stated  that their actions seems to be fraudulent as well as harassing.  They removed my name from their list seeing I caught them.

We get calls from these idiots every few months or so. I just follow my usual rule - no message, no return call. Frankly, I think it is a fishing call as opposed to an actual debt collection.

I have a phone blocker that keeps them at bay, but they utilize many different phone numbers and area codes. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why they would be calling us, but as we got this phone number not too long ago, it might be a inquiry to the previous user of the number.

Whatever the case, if the City of Chicago wants to bleed money from me, they can do the calling. Harris Law is just a bunch of bottom feeders and do not deserve a reply.

I told them a year ago the person they are looking for does not live here. I don't have any debts!

Rec's calls from this number daily from Nov.2014 until March 2015. I put the number on the Do-not-call-list. The calls would stop for a while and start again. Finally I filed a complaint with the BBB, the Attorney General's office, FTC and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I was also receiving debt collection notices from Arnold Scott Harris for someone else but with my address.The response from ASH was someone in their office had the same number on their account and I was being called in error so my number would be removed. Recently I started to receive the collection notices again, so I filed a complaint. This time Arnold Scott Harris' response was, I requested my NUMBER to be removed and if I had any questions I should have contacted THEM???? I am beyond angry!!!  This company hopes the consumer gets frustrated and just pays the bill. There's so much info/complaints on Arnold Scott Harris but they are still in business and allowed to get away with their unethical fair business practices.It is seems the people who are suppose to help the consumer, FTC, BBB, Attorney General, Fair Debt Collections.com don't really help. To top if off, now I'm getting robocalls from other companies as well.
