For the past 2 night have received 2 calls a night. I answered one of them and they said it was a Gallup poll.  They wanted me to answer some questions, told no and don't call again.  They have been calling on cell phone and I too am on no call list

You do not have to answer and tell them you are registered on the DNC!   When I was active in real estate, before making a cold call we had to enter nthe numbers on a database to check if it was listed on the DNC.  If the number was we did not call.

These people have been calling for the past few days. They let the phone ring for ten or more rings. Finally last night at 9:10 pm I grabbed  it in sheer anger. Was told they are the Gallup Poll and take surveys so are exempt from the DNC registry. I told her to stop bugging me and she threw the "F" word at me and hung up. I then called the local Sheriff, played the Deputy the recorded call and filed an official complaint. I will pursue the complaint. Nobody has the right to invade my private time and even worse, nobody ever gets away with using the "F" word to me. Stay tuned. More to come.

This is a Gallup number, I work for them cause it's good pay, they are not considered telemarketers because we don't sell anything. Many big companies have us contact their customers for feedback or we have our opinion poll which is a daily thing poll featured on the news/magazines/textbook/website/Colbert report lol. If it's the daily poll and they ask for a name that person themselves has to say they want to be on our do not call list otherwise they call again no matter what. Of you just leave the phone laying or hang up we call back unilateral we get ahold of the person. Just some advise

Calls from this number are very annoying and unwanted!!  How and who can I get to stop these calls on my cell phone???

I just received acall from this number and want to be taken off this list immediately.

BEWARE!  Caller ID will be "Gallup Organization" and may be lower-wage hired personnel.  They may ask for you by name; before identifying yourself ask them to identify themselves. They’ll probably tell you they are from your bank (or according to comments found elsewhere, that they’re from your hospital/doctor’s office etc).  If you want, you can tell them that the person they’re asking for "isn’t there".  They will then attempt to obtain personal information.  An example might be, "Is there another name on the account?"  Do NOT answer ANY questions!  Call your bank (or medical provider, etc.) and if you’re told "We hire them for surveys" complain strenuously; add that your next call would have been to the Federal Trade Commission (and that you had been seriously considering terminating your relationship with your bank).  Insist that your institution remove your name and phone # from all usage of this type.  You have this right under the laws governing Privacy of Information.

Oh Plaaeese! This isn't a gallop poll OR Wells Fargo. It's scammers and criminals for God's sake. Ignore the jerks and report them as many times as it takes.

              There I was taking a shi# (must have been something I ate for dinner because I do my business
in the morning) and I hear the phone ring.I finish up and play back the number that called me:402-952-4444.
               I go on google and read it is listed w/ this guy with a FACEBOOK ACCount).THE GUY HAS A Jewish name,
looks like he is jewish, and on  Facebook he must be jewish because he is another liberal Jewish guy. Liberals
contribute to anti-jewish sentiment among gentiles and other jews who know as the great radio talk show host

               Maybe it is this guy named Sydney,or maybe the poor shnook is a victim of Jew-haters.I do not like to

I've received a call from this number three times in the past three days without leaving a voicemail.  I haven't answered because I'm not familiar with the number.  Now that I know it's just a scam, I'll be blocking it!

OMGosh that got a big laugh from me.  Too funny LOLOL.  What I do with junk mail is save up a bunch of it and then use the prepaid envelopes and send as much stuff to them as will fit in the envelope so that it cost more..but make sure what you send is from other companies...make sure your personal information is not on anything.  I also add a note that junk mail wastes trees and that if they would save a tree I would save them the postage...signed the mail fairy.  =)

This is a Gallop poll service. Not sure how my cellphone # got on the list but asked to remove it. I'm sure it won't be the last call unfortunately.

That is what I am going to do...block the freak'in number!  They have called at least everyday this week!

I have received 2 calls from this number. I am a firm believer in ignoring any number I don't know. If they want to talk to me, leave a message.

This annoying phone number constantly calls many times a week.
If this is a Gallup Pole they should call people that don't have unlisted non-published
phone numbers.
