received a call from this number had music on it then hung up after they reached my answering machine. remove me from getting calls from this number Please!

Asked them why they called me as I am on the do not call list and they hung up.

Couldn't understand a word of what they were trying to say.  Definitely not speaking native English.

Unfortuanately, I used to be broke and had to lower myself to this type of work.  
I felt like a very bad hooker, since I couldn't sell the merchandise.  They would ask what "do you see wrong with this deal" and I would honestly tell them.  I lasted 10 hours before I walked out,  figuring I would rather starve than to rob anyone out of their money.
I went back to college, getting my associates degree and have worked at our local community colllege HAPPELY for 12 years.  I've have workshops with the elderly, discussing how people get their information and what to watch for.  My payback, getting to help people like my late g-ma  all the people who are too trusting for their own good.
Now, I live comfortably with my head held high.

Received call on my work cell #.  I said hello, sounded like it was in someone's pocket, no reply, so I just hung up.

Unsolicited call from this number. Sick people doing this to my number which is on the Do Not Call registry. Called my cell phone. Scumbags.

I feel guilty and concerned because I am white, so I will post this parental-esque scolding post sticking my dumb nose where it does not belong and pretend to be better then someone because I am PC!

I'm on the DO NOT CALL list and this company has called here at least 4 times this week! Please have them stop!

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone. Great. Just got rid of the people calling for the prior owner of the phone number and now I'm getting generic spam.

Anyway, it was the gentleman referenced in earlier reports with the thick Indian accent congratulating me for being part of a group of homeowners in my area who have been selected to win a $1200 home security system for FREE. He may have mentioned Avery as his place of business but I'm not sure. And he may have said it's a GE home security system but again, I'm not sure. He then asked if I was the homeowner or renter and I said no. He was surprised. He said, "You're NOT the homeowner?" I said, "No. I'm not interested, take me off your list." Then I hung up.

I'm at work. I don't need this baloney interrupting my day.

Both my husband and I received a call.  He did not get to his phone in time and mine was a hang up.  We are both reigistered in the DNC.  He tried to call back and his phone said it could not complete an international call.  Very concerned.

Just like everyone else, I received a call from this number.  Could not answer.  My husband then received a call.  Is there someone out there who has the smarts to help us less technical folks screw up their calling system.  Seems like a lot of people have the same problem.

Same deal. Wife and I both got these calls, music and hangups. Both on the DNC list. They obviously don't care. Who do you suppose we report them to to run them out of business...

Got a phone call today 6/8/11 @ 4:16 p.m. My voice mail picked it up. You can hear a person say hello & I'm making an call. The person didn't know that the voice mail picked up. You can hear a lot background noise of people talking & phones ringing like a call center. I'm on the "Do Not Call" list. But it doesn't seem to be helping. Tomorrow I'm changing my phone number & setting as private & unlisted!
