I am getting an over abundance of calls everyday from 423-477-6983. I would like someone to get rid of this prankster or worse from making calls from this number.

My parents dont speck much english,  but they understand it really well. I come home from work & they tell me that someone keeps calling the house & they dont say anything, Ive tried calling  & i dont get an answer. Im tired of it!  We dont have a Home Depot account, because my dad dont like them he goes to Lowe's!!!!!!!    So whoever is calling needs to STOP!!!

I have returned calls and answered the phone.  I DON"T HAVE  a home depot account, nor a citibank card at all.....and now will never get one either (who would sign up for this harrasement)  I contacted home depot no account associated with either my cell number or home number.  Every 2 weeks I go thru the whole deal again....5 calls a day to work, home, and cell....yes 15-25 calls a day!!!! Checked again to night, no the credit  beura also does not have one for me....so SCAM!!!!!

Joseph is right.  I checked my accounts not long ago at a Home Depot store and was told I had a zero balance.  The statements that showed up only showed available credit, not a balance.  This call is from Citibank, who handles Home Depot's credit card as well as other stores.   Turns out, I owed $864 for a dishwasher I purchased in 12/09.  I had bought it on a zero-interest plan.  Since it was overdue, there was about $180 in interest.  I asked nicely for them to remove the interest charge if I paid the full amount and they did.  I'm not happy about the way this all happened, but it was a valid debt.

This phone # 423-477-6983 has been calling my house ph.# 5-6 times a day for the last 3 weeks.
I have told them that I paid off the balance and closed my acc.# at route 11 home depot store,No.SYRACUSE,NY in June 2009 and never heard again from HD.untill these calls began 3weeks
ago, mid February 2011.

I never answer my phone. I always come here first to check on the numbers.  Because of these postings, I was able to determine that I too forgot schedule my payment.  went online and paid.  The phone calls helped, as well as these postings.

Yeah this is not a collection agency - this is citicards who services home depot cards.  Thought I had a zero balance but actually had a residual interest payment due - saved me the credit hit!

I don't mind them calling when I'm overdue on a payment. I understand that completely... being laid off, I"m getting behind on bills.  BUT, when I answer the phone, SAY SOMETHING. That is the irritating aspect. Leave a message or speak.  

& how ironic, I made the payment 30 minutes ago and just got another call....

I'm receiving several calls each day from this number and no one is EVER on the line.  These calls interrupt business and are a general inconvenience.  Make it stop!

I just got this phone call and they said i had a unpaid balance, and i do not even have a Home Depot account. Called Home Depot and they said that they do not even work with this collections company, and that i did not have a balance with them that my account was closed a few years back, and they asked me if i wanted to reactivate it NO THANKS. So i hope these ass#### get what is comning to them. So people be careful, and  do not give any of your banking info.

I bought a refrigerator from HOME DEPOT with a promo. ZERO % for ONE YEAR. If at the end of the 12 month cycle, your balance is not paid, then it's something like 21% plus the total of the original charge. Sooooo, I decided to pay every month so that when the promo is up, the appliance will be paid for or pretty close to being paid.Being a little low on cash, I decided to skip the payment for May 2011,which according to the promo shouldn't be a problem since NO payment is required until the 12months is up. ( My balance is under 100.00 as of 4/2011.) Those as@*holes have been calling me from the number many of you reported,6-7 times a day...never will they leave a message, and if I do pick up the phone, I get a recording to " hold for the next available representitive"  ARE YOU FKN KIDDN ME ???!! They CALL ME and have the audacity to tell me to hold (via recording) who the F do they think they are ??  C-L-I-C-K. !!  Hold the phone , my ass I will. I have things to do to, so the next time I speak w/ a rep, I'll ask that idiot for their home # and I'll call them back at MY CONVIENCE !

We keep getting several calls daily, 7 days a week. Stop calling this number please.

I just got a call from this number.  I don't own a Citi card, or a Home Depot card.  I answered and it took me to a VM because all agents were busy.  I have received 3 calls TODAY!  I want the calls to stop!

Yes, i was behind in payment.  Only since they make it impossible to pay then online without joining some stupid plan.  Even trying to email them has a pre written email that you can not change to write what you want.  Have payed them at the store and they still call 8 time a day, at all time, and even on Sundays.  This is our non taxed corporations at work.  Thank the republicans.

I received 13 calls from this number over an 18 hour period while I was away for the weekend!    Yes, it was from CitiCommerce/Home Depot and the reason they were calling was that I had missed my $5 minimum payment.   I paid the bill online after speaking to someone at CitiCommerce.  They assured me that I wouldn't get any more calls because the bill was paid. Well, not 30 minutes later the calls started again.  I received another 7 calls while I was at work.  When I spoke to someone again I told them that this was harassment and if the calls continued I would file charges against them.  Amazing, after I told them that the calls stopped totally.

For two weeks this number has been calling me asking me to give them my account number, address  blah blah blah but not have a real person on the line...a recorded call.  I called Home Depot and they vehemently said they would never endorse this. After ignoring this intrusion for two weeks 4 and 5 times A DAY I finally learned how Verizon enables me to block numbers free.  Ahhh....peace.
