Unauthorized charges by EASY Saver - what is up with them? I ordered some flowers from 800 ProFlowers and now these people think that it is ok to charge my credit card... I will fight until I get the charges removed. Has anyone had any luck getting the charges refunded?

Thank you for contacting ProFlowers. We really appreciate your feedback in the Easy Saver Rewards program and I am so sorry for your poor experience. Rest assured, we take your comments seriously, and we are on your side. Let me take a moment to just summarize the program enrollment.
After you make a purchase on the  website, we offered an incentive to try the EasySaver program. In order to sign up for the program and receive the coupon, you need to enter your email address and zip code which served as your electronic  signature accepting the terms of the program. My experience is the same as those of above.  I just got off the phone with my credit card company and have put a block on my account from allowing these thieves from taking any more money.  Secondly, I will never again purchase anything from Pro Flowers as this is an obvious scam!

The unauthorized charges have happened for two consecutive months but no more!

I also have been receiving unauthorized EZ Saver charges after I made a Pro Florwers order.  The message below says "We are available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Best Regards, HB Suzy Najarian Customer Care ProFlowers"

They are not open 7 days a week 24 hours.  I just tried calling 1-800-355-1837 and the voice mail says they are closed.  I will call Monday AM and ask for a refund.

    proflowers should shut down
this is just ridiculous. proflowers and ez saver(collecting company?) have been taking money from my account for three months. the total summed up to $30. I callled proflowers and they said their action department(I don't even noe what the hell this is) only works for Monday through Friday. They are totally abusing the internet to steal money from their customers. they should close down.

Do not write your contact info(e-mail.etc) when a pop-up comes up when you finish purchashing flowers from Proflowers. Actually, I won't even buy any flowers from them anyways.

I just checked my bank list and my card was chaged $1.95 BEFORE my proflowers.com order.  They don't waste anytime, but they wasted my money! I know better now.  My order was just fine, but I don't think I'll order from Proflowers again because of it.  I'm going to put a block on my card Monday morning and unenroll out of the program ASAP!!!  What a scam!

Just remember the sayings "Caveat emptor" and "If it's too good to be true then it probably is."

Warn everyone you know NOT to buy flowers from Proflowers.com.  Pro Flowers is selling/sharing customer credit card numbers to 3rd parties who are charging anywhere from $1.95 to $99.95 per month for scam ProFlowers-related memberships.  I just got off the phone with my bank, disputing the charges.  They charge under different company names hoping people will miss it.  “Easy Saver” is the most prominent.

I just finished filling out and printing online State Attorney General and BBB complaint forms against Pro Flowers for each occurance.

I found a $14.95 charge on my credit card a month after ordering from ProFlowers.  I called the 800 number and told them that I had never signed up for a service and wanted it stopped immediately.  She told me she would cancel it and would also reimburse me the $14.95.  I'll have to wait to find out if they'll actually do it.  Will never order from ProFlowers again.  What a way to run off your customers.....
