- Bob421 replies to Link| 8 repliesThe characterization of your experience could not be further from the truth. I have investigated your claims and actually ordered flowers from ProFlowers. It is impossible to get "accidentally" signed up for Easy Saver Rewards. In order for you to get signed up, you have to (voluntarily) click on the link, enter your email address and zip code. The terms and conditions are extremely clear and easy to understand...that is, if you can read. It's a pity that you blame your lack of ability (or desire) to read on someone else. Anyone with half a brain knows that there is no such thing as a free lunch. How long have you been on the Internet? Do you make it a habit of just blindly clicking on every link that comes up? Take responsibility for your own choices!

- Mexican Boy who buy in ProFlowers replies to unauthorizedEZ Saver Rewards ProFlowers| 2 repliesHey!! I found the next site... there you can cancel the easysaver membership.... i supposed that i never recovered the money that these thieves taked of my credit card, but ...
http://crm.encoremarketing.com/cancels/?product=ES - pat replies to Bob421It is obvious that you work for Easy saver. I did get pro flowers, and I did know that I had signed up for easy saver, but I cancelled my easy saver membership and did not get the 10 percent discount. they still charged me the 14.95 a month.
Even if everone else would have noticed the easy saver scam they still would have been charged. So mr easy saver employee take some RESPONSIBILITY and quit working for your scam artists - pat replies to Bob421| 1 replyBob421 It is obvious that you work for Easy saver. These people click away on the Web with abandon when they see the word "discount" and get irate because they're too lazy to read the overtly displayed Terms of Service by Easy Saver. That said, it Easy Saver is not a good thing. Older people making orders on the Web could be confused by the interface through which Easy Saver presents itself.
It's just a shady aspect of Proflowers. The company does a pretty good job at the flower part of things. The fact that it reaches for extra money via sucker jobs is a direct reflection on the character of Bill Strauss, the company CEO.
Mr. Strauss, Easy Saver and freeshipping.com are ruining your reputation and your company's reputation. You would be well-advised to remove that type of activity from your company. It makes you look like a dirtbag. - akmom replies to al92109Sure, you can't accidentally sign up. But that doesn't mean that there are no computer errors, low security settings, or misleading representation. If you (the company) know that you have a lot of complaints pertaining to unauthorized charges, or consumers stating that they never did business with you yet were still charged, that means something is wrong. Any credible business would look into whether they have a repetitive computer error, or have somehow obtained third-party credit card information and somehow that info is being submitted to their billing. It wouldn't be the first time a company neglects complaints and decides to not fix billing and system errors.
- ZZtop replies to GolfActually, Golf, Proflowers' BBB rating is a C. Here's the link:
http://sandiego.bbb.org/WWWRoot/Report.aspx?site=26&bbb=1186&firm=30000129
Now, why are you spreading lies that the rating is actually a "F?" - Marion replies to matteI recently discovered the same problem after ordering flowers. All you need to do is let your credit card company know what happened and dispute the charges. In addition, you can file a complaint with the BBB and you will get your money back.
- IshouldKnowBetter replies to Mexican Boy who buy in ProFlowersThank you Mexican boy.. I followed your link to cancel EZSaver.. Hopefully it works..I also was fooled but did not give my CCard to EzSaver... only to ProFlowers, and I don't think I authorized ProFlowers to share it.. Note to all... I heard about Proflowers from both Hannity (radio) and Mike & Mike (ESPN)... I would recommend that all of us drop them a line and let them know how ProFlowers is so loose with our credit cards. If Hannity isn't appalled.. then he looses all of his credibility with me...
- steveordered from proflowers valentines day and ended up w/ 1.95 chg last mo and 14.95 this month. didn't sign up for the service so called 800 3551837 got thru in under one minute and got the charges reversed. have to wait and see if they in fact do reverse, but it was pretty easy. talked to morgan. very helpful.
- Jim C| 1 replyThis is not right, they charged my card after I cancelled, if you ask me they need to be charged with fraud!!! I can also say that I will never deal with pro flowers ever again, they are part of this.
