Holy Crud! So my hubby comes home absolutelly infuriated about having overdraft charges on his bank account that he had closed months ago! Come to find out that he was continuously recieving charges on his account month to month in the 14.95-14.99 range, we have had overdraft charges, and just charges from month to month! All for sending flowers to some one at one time! I am so calling this company tomarrow, they are gonna get an ear full, then I am going to be faxing them our bank statements, then I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau

I have also received seven charges of $14.95. When I called, the person said she could reimburse me for two months but I have only received one installment of $14.95 so far. I'm calling again today.

My wife ordered flowers from Pro Flowers in May. They then charged my credit card a additional $1.95 and 6 months charges of $14.95. We have called and they have said they will credit our account for the captioned charges.

I also got a debit from my checking account from EZ Saver.  I called their 800 number & requested that they credit the money back.  The girl started giving me some song & dance about how ProFlowers gave me this opportunity last time I ordered from them, whereupon I told her I had not signed up for anything and had not given authorization for them to debit my account, and if the money was not immediately returned I would go to my bank Monday (this was on a Friday) & report it as fraudulent activity.  Then I sent an email to ProFlowers:
    "Dear Sir/Madam:
I have been a repeat customer of ProFlowers for awhile now.  The last time I ordered from
your website, I received a solicitation from a company called "EZ Saver" which offered me
services I decided I did not want.  I did not sign up for their services, nor did I give them any
information regarding my personal financial accounts.  And yet the other day, they debited
    my checking account $14.95.
I have talked to a representative of the company who has promised me that the money will
be put back into my account.  I have to say to ProFlowers, however, that I am significantly
LESS THAN PLEASED that my personal financial information was given to this company,
obviously by ProFlowers.  I further question the legality of this.  Kindly DO NOT share ANY of
my personal financial information with another company EVER AGAIN."
If I can find an email for EZ Saver I will send those lovelies an email along the same lines.

I was charged 14.95 2 times on one credit card bill from EZSVER. I typed in the phone number on google and it led me here.  Thank you for all the comments.  I called Proflowers and they removed both charges of 14.95 and will refund.  Please call them and they will help.

I also 'signed up' for this service back in October for a $15 discount and I just got off the phone with proflowers.  I wanted to speak to someone and as this is Thanksgiving time, the easysaver office is closed.  The lady I spoke to told me that they have a no hassle policy regarding this company and that they will contact Easy Saver to disenroll me and get a full refund of the three months that I've been charged for.  She said that Easy Saver will call me and give me a confirmation number on Monday.  I hope this is oveer with how shady can they get. I won't be shopping with proflowers again. Obviously they know something is underhanded because they didn't kick up a fuss about getting my money back.  I just wish that it hadn't put my account overdrawn.  I'm a college student with limited resources and a mother who has a thing for flowers, it's a shame because she always liked the flowers I'd send from them but I don't feel comfortable with them sharing my personal back account numbers with third parties.  Call Proflowers and make sure they know that this isn't appropriate.  Hopefully this will all be handled with efficiently, if not BBB is next on my list of visits.

Was checking out a weird $14.95 charge and found this site! I looked back at last month's CC statement and found a charge for $1.95 charged THE DAY BEFORE I was charged for the chocolates. Oh yes, I didn't even buy flowers! I bought chocolates through Secret Spoon which appears to be owned by Pro-Flowers!So watch out for them too! Like everyone else, I did not sign up for anything - not even emails, although the customer service person at Pro-Flowers claims that I must have done. I told her that I have  a policy never to sign up for these things, so I KNOW I didn't sign up for anything! She was as sweet as can be and told me to call back tomorrow and I will get a full refund as EZ whatever is only open during normal business hours!

Pro Flowers is owned by Provide Commerce, Inc., 5005 Wateridge Vista Drive
San Diego, CA 92121.  In addition to owning ProFlowers.com they also own CherryMoonFarms.com, SecretSpoon.com, UptownPrime.com, Sharis Berries, and Red Envelope.  If you order from any of these companies you may get tricked into "signing up" for a recurring charge (I was suckered in for $121.55 for a $20 order).

    Here is what I did;

e-mailed Secret Spoon (my scammer) at wecare@SecretSpoon.com with no responce.

Reported them to the Better Business Bureau at www.sandiego.bbb.org

Reported them to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), a branch of the FBI at http://complaint.ic3.gov

e-mailed Provide Commerce, Inc.at info@providecommerce.com and got the same form letter as others listed in this thread.  I told them that I had reported them to the BBB and to the FBI.  Their response was "You're  welcome. We are working hard to resolve these issues."

I will be calling EZ Saver direct on Monday morning.

Waht you have to do is file a fraud complaint with your CC so that they charge back to the company. Enough of this will hurt their merchant status and hopefully eliminate the scam.

Unfortunately, I hadn't been paying attention to my monthly credit card account.  I, too had ordered flowers through Proflowers who sneakily set up some authorization form which easy saver states gave them electronic permission to bill me.  I spoke with Easy Saver and they assure me I will be refunded for the 7 payments they have charged to my account.  I am furious with Pro Flowers and will never utilize their services again for this reason and the fact that they sent my Aunt a beareavement bouquet  and card for her 82nd birthday instead of what I ordered - good thing my Aunt had a sense of humor and understanding.

I think thier targeting the colledge students . they(Pro Flowers) advertise on KLOS (Kelly Gates and Mark & Brian) radio station in southern california. My husband heard it on thier and then ordered online flowers for me for valintines day, then i saw the $1.95 deducted from our bank account  .After research into it i found this.Sure ruined the suprise my husband had planned. Anyway we went ahead and canceled our debit card. Can't trust them with that kind of info when they blatantly rip you off.

We just found out today that these SOB's have been charging my wife's card since May, after she made an order with ProFlowers. I called EZ Saver and they said they'd only credit us with two months, then my wife called and they offered her two extra months, at which point she asked to speak to the mananger and fianlly got him to agree to refund the whole amount. So if you're trying to get more than just two months back, just keep pressuring them til you do!
