- Angry in LA replies to Bob421If the company is doing nothing wrong...then why didn't I get any confirmation e-mail sent to me when I "signed up" for Easy Saver? No e-mail informing me that I was being billed?
Every other purchase I've ever made online has sent a confirmation e-mail. It's almost as if they don't want people to know what they have "opted into" so that they don't have the chance to cancel their membership before the charges begin.
Curious isn't it?
I contacted Easy Saver the day that they first charged me and they refused to refund the money but said that they would cancel my membership. They said that I signed up to get "15% off" of my next order with ProFlowers, but I never received any e-mail about that. No 15% off of anything.
I was told that the charge that was on my account today was for "shipping" and could not be refunded. So you would think that whatever they were shipping would get to me, since it had already been shipped and couldn't be refunded, but no. I was told that I would be getting nothing. I don't know what they were "shipping" though. They couldn't tell me either.
When I contacted ProFlowers, they said that they did not give out my account information. But after much pushing on my part and getting the manager on the phone, I came to find that ProFlowers is Partnered with Easy Saver and he admitted that that is how Easy Saver got my account number. No big surprise there.
But in the customer privacy policy, it does list a number of different companies that Proflowers says it can legally share you info with. Since you send flowers through them, you basically accept their policy. However, Easy Saver is not on that list.
I would love to get a class action lawsuit against these guys. What they are doing is so wrong and they are fully aware. Why else would there be no confirmation e-mail and proflowers be so unwilling to say that they gave out our information?
Did any of you get a confirmation e-mail explaining that you signed up for a service with Easy Pay and that you were going to be charged a specific amount every month? Or a confirmation e-mail at all? - JenTHANK YOU Mexican Boy! I was able to cancel the membership through the website you provided! This is insane, and they are taking advantage of too many people! Thank you again!
- FinkVERY EASY TO RESOLVE. Call the 1-800 number. Tell the customer service person that you didn't sign up for any program. Tell her/him to cancel the program and refund your $14.95 that was already charged to your card. Done deal. No other issues.
- Russ replies to Link| 1 replyI too had unauthorized (3) charges for 14.95 each. I'm working with my back to get the charges reimbursed to my account.

Salt Lake City, Utah - rfergincg replies to Christine| 1 replyI also believed all to be part of the ordering procedure. Then even before flowers have been charged there is an Easy Saver fee on my credit card statement? If this is not a scam then I would think we would be allowed to cancel, get credit and not fear further charges.
- I've been scammed| 2 repliesLike most of the other posts, I too have been scammed and charged without consent for ez saver to do so....has anyone been successful in getting their money back?
- Angry in Phoenix replies to I've been scammedI tried calling the 1-800 numbers and they wanted my cc # or membership #, since I don't have a membership #, no way am I going to input my cc #. I am disputing the charges thru my cc. I never even heard of easy saver until I noticed $14.95 charges, and the first of $1.95. We need a class action suit!
Angry in Phoenix - pf replies to MichaelI agree. Very misleading and I do read carefully. They did refund the money but wouldn't give me a confirmation email. just a confirmation number that it was cancelled. Crap. sounds like a lot of folks got charge again the next month.
- Pissed in OhioI had this exact same thing happen...I am now disputing the charges with my bank (since I used a debit card) and am probably going to have to change my account number. I also sent proflowers.com a NASTY note and am letting everyone that will listen know exactly what happened and that proflowers.com is a horrible company. I suggest you contact the company you originally did business with and send them a nasty letter/email.
- Tonya replies to Bob421| 1 replyI agree with you bob! It is stated everything in the offer details! Read before entering your info!!!!

Yes, Easy Saver chaged me 1.95 and 14.95 after I ordered flowers from ProFlowers. Thanks to read all comments from former customers. I knew I was cheated. I already filed a complaint to BBB. I also called to dispute my charges right away. Very bad experiences. Need harsh behaviors on such harsh company.- Caller: Easy Saver
- E replies to I've been scammedjust call credit card company to dispute the charges
- Tyler| 1 replyI too have been scammed the last three months by Easy Saver (1-800-355-1837) for 14.95 per month after ordering Valentine's Day flowers from ProFlowers.com.
Let me throw a monkey wrench into this---The fact that "Easy Saver" doesn't produce any sort of receipt for automatic monthly withdrawls proves that the transaction is fraudulant, in an attempt to hide it month after month. I only wonder how many people are being affected by these scammers and don't even know it. - Teresa replies to Bob421After reading your post I must tell you that there is a way in fact for companies such as EZ Saver and Primetime Savers to get your account information from non secure sites such as pro flower. Without even clicking or accepting anything I was taken by both companies and I have been on the internet for years. God forbid you get ripped off like this because it happens. There are idiots and scams out there and they are even listed on the BBB. Maybe you should not be so quick to judge someone or do you work for one of those scam artists?
- Teresa replies to nono| 1 replyGet yours straight or read what the pro flowers lady says in her message before you bash someone else...so which company do you work for? pro flowers or ez saver?
- Mac M. replies to Bob421I have been getting charged $14.95 per month for 2 months now by EZ Saver Rewards. I did NOT sign up. Because there was an offer to provide a rebate of ProFlowers shipping charges, I did click on the link far enough to see what was involved in getting the rebate -- BUT DID NOT LIKE THE PROGRAM AND DID NOT SIGN UP -- NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY REBATE, NOR DID I RECEIVE ANY WELCOME PACKAGE FROM EZ SAVER REWARDS, about which their recorded phone message refers. When I call them and hit the key to talk to a real person, my call gets recycled back to the original menu to start all over again.
I now have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I may take this up with the Maryland Attorney General. It is clearly a scam. - BurnWithin11They charged me twice with the $14.95 fee and the initial $1.95 fee. They put me on hold for foreever and then I never got to speak with anyone. If this happens to you, call ProFlowers They can miraculously cancel this "unassociated" fee and refund your money for you. It's [***] and I am going to file with the better business bureau over. I don't need this when I'm trying to work out my student loans as is.
- George Seely replies to unauthorizedEZ Saver Rewards ProFlowersI have just noticed a $14.95 charge on my orchard bank card from ezsver rewards for the last three months, since I made my first purchase from Pro Flowers. I expect an immediate refund to my credit card from Pro Flowers. I am also disputing it to my credit card and am going to contact the BBB for my home state, the state of California and Md. I made no authorization for this and am holding Pro Flowers directly responsible.

435-757-2719 - SmithSame [***] here with Proflowers. I ordered over the phone and they still illegally authorized my "membership" and monthly charges, without my consent. The inital $1.95 charge is so low...they probably intend for it to fly under the radar.
Whoever is defending this piece-of-[***], scamming company obviously does work for them!
Just try to get the charges reversed by being really nice but matter-of-fact, using your bank as a backup threat becuase it takes more for them to go through that, so I was told. Then, cancel and reissue a new card!
Also, help others by reporting them. - GOT SCAMMEDTHE SAME THING JUST HAPPENED TO ME. I WENT TO CLOSE OUT MY CHECKING ACCOUT THAT HAS NOT BEEN USED IN 3 WEEKS, ONLY TO FIND THAT YESTERDAY THERE WAS A CHARGE ON THE ACCOUT FOR 14.95 FROM EZSVER, OF WHICH I NEVER AUTHORIZED. MY BANK IS DOING AN INVESTIGATION, IN THE MEAN TIME I TRIED CALLING THIS MORNING BUT THEY HAVE NOT OPENED YET ... I WILL BE CALLING BACK. THIS IS CRAZY, HOW LONG HAVE THEY BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH THIS????
