    Derrick replies to frustrated too!
I just went through after finding a years worth of them stealing my money.  I unfortunately thought this was a credit monitoring services I had actually agreed to.
The woman read through the exact same reponse from proflowers.  You agreed to the discount and did not cancel in 14 days.

I did not agree to any service, or for a 3rd party company to get my credit card information.  I purchased FLOWERS through proflowers.com, not for some other company to give me a service I don't even know exists or how to use it.

These "AUTO" signup companies need to be shutdown and owners put in prison.  They know exactly what they are doing.

Sure take 10% off, no one will notice that they agreed to terms they were not aware even existed and hidden on the web page ( or where you would not notice without purposely looking for ).

Its fraud, nothing more or less.

They did state they would cancel the account " the one I didn't open " and give me 2 months refund.  After stating I am joining a class action lawsuit, they went over the BS terms I agreed to, and I replied stating the same, I wanted all known transactions, 12 months I had record of on BOA online, they said ok 3 months.  I did not agree and stated I wanted all 12 nothing less.  They said they would get back to me.

    YAH RIGHT!!!

Same thing happened to me after mother's day flowers. Only charged me 14.95 once though.

Just called the number and this lady answered. I told her my account was charged 14.95 and I wanted to be taken off whatever was charging me. She verified my information and then told me I would be taken off the list and the money would be credited back to my account.

I'm never buying from ProFlowers again. This is rediculous.

I'm the latest victim I guess.  I had placed a flower-order from Pro-Flowers back on Mothers'Day because they had advertised that 10% of every sale would be donated to this year's March of Dimes fund raising campaign.  I figured, "wow...I could help the March of Dimes by sending my mom a token of my affection"...  How could I lose?!!  I'll tell you how:  They've been hitting my MasterCard up for $14.95, monthly, ever month since!  Urgh!

The number that was posted was directly to easy saver reward not to proflowers. Proflowers is open 7/24 365 days a year. Easysaver rewards is open Monday through Friday from 9am -5pm est.
    Get your facts straight.

I saw a few chargers. I called the number and they are closed on weekends. I had no clue what the heck the charge was from, so I goggled the phone number and saw it was proflowers. Now I have to waste my time tomorrow at work to curse these jokers out. I'm NEVER ordering from them again and telling everyone I know not to order from them.

Thanks for the contact info.  I too received these charges of $14.95 on my credit card 2 times plus the additional initial charge of $1.95 and just called the number you provided.  I told them to cancel me out of their program and that I would like a credit back for those charges and I didn't even receive anything from the program.  They said they would credit me for all the charges.  I'll certainly check my account statement to make sure they did what they said they would do.  Thanks again!

ProFlowers will scam you when you buy flowers from them. They are very deceptive about it. They basically give your credit card info to a telemarketing company which then charges you monthly fees for a bogus membership. I am fighting the charges with my credit company. It is fraud.Do not buy from ProFlowers. You cannot trust them with your credit card number.

    Admin on EZ-Saver.com
Lately, a lot of people are writing to costumer service on <a http://www.ez-saver.com> EZ-Saver.com </a> and complaining that I should refund money that was charged from their accounts. The thing is that EZ-Saver.com does not relate to EZ Saver company that charging people.
EZ-Saver.com is a brand new website that is affiliated with Amazon.com and the whole checkout process is done by Amazon, so there is no way that anyone would be in risk when they buy anything.

I have found a contact at EZ Saver that will reverse the charges and cancel your membership.  800-355-1837, you should call as close to 9am as possible to avoid being on hold for the day.  I found 2 charges on my card, each for 19.80 and they will both be credited back to me within 7 business days.  I'm going to cancel the card that they have on file to prevent this in the future...just in case!!!   What a rip off these people are, I've got no idea how they found me, but I'm really glad I found them and fixed the problem.  Best of luck to everyone else!!!!!

I requested and received 14 months credit @14.95. I told them that I hadn't received any info on the program therefore I believed they didn't hold up their end of the agreement. I too got scammed through Proflowers when my wife placed an order.
