This company hires undesirables with sex offender histories that no one else will hire. Their I.Q. is also very low. You cannot reason with them because they are cranked most of the time like the owners. They keep calling day & night asking for someone I have never heard of.. I looked into their hiring practice and criminal background and it is very, very ugly. Their calls should be reported as a crime and under no circumstances ever pay them anything as they never account for it. Most people just change their numbers. This is how I got my new cell phone number was from someone they drove to suicide.

Yes the company is LTD Financial Services. I only know of one of the companies they are employed or have a contract with and thats Bank of America. I lost my job and overdrafted on the account. It went to collections and this is the number I was given. Its funny cuz everyone is complaining how they keep harassing. But here I am trying to get an account with a different bank so trying to make payment arrangements and i cant seem to get these creeps on the phone. Its a pitiful $ 126. Im trying to pay you suckers, y dont you answer the phone?

Free app for smart phones is call-block.  It picks up and hangs up or sends them to voicemail on first ring.  Paid for app is PrivacyStar, does the same thing but w/ number lookup.  As far as LDT goes, when they call I'll answer if I'm in the mood to screw with them.  It's kinda fun. I admitted to the debt once, told them I would pay it when I could afford too and no sooner.  They kept calling and I kept repeating myself when I felt like answering their calls.  When that no longer amused me, I resorted to name calling (immature?  yes but I fight fire with fire; you harass me, I harass you), questioning their evolutionary history, offered my pitty for waking up on the wrong side of nobody, etc.  Eventually they stopped calling; that was about 3 months ago.  For those who are more mature than I am, try the apps for your smart phone

Free app for smartphone.... call block.  You can block all unwanted numbers (private, unknown, etc) or add specific numbers (such as LDT).  You can set app to send them straight to voice mail, or just do a pick up / hang up (that's what LDT gets when they call me).

They just called me but I ignored it since I didn't recognize the number. Some man then left me a voicemail saying they were a debt collection agency, gave me the number & his ext., then hung up.

I got a call and called them back, they said they are LTD Collection agency trying to collect a debt, they wanted me to verify my address and last 4 of my social which I refused to do, do they really think I am that stupid, I then told them if they cannot tell me what they are calling for I will not provide them with any information.  She said she is a big collection agency located in Houston Texas and they collect for many different companies.  I asked them who they are trying to collect from me for and they said they need to make sure I am me before they tell me what they are calling for.  I then told them I will not give them any information and hung up the phone.  As I am typing this, they called me right back from number 713-414-2121.  What a bunch of jerks, I want to know who they are trying to collect from.

Look upon this as a way to have some fun. First you tell the caller that they called the right person. Then say (doesn't matter if the caller is m/f and you're m/f) that you'll have sex with the caller because the caller sounds real hot and we'll  settle the debt that way. Ask what the caller likes to do. What will the caller do? Report you? You can also tell the caller the person you called used to live here and moved. Here's the number. Let them call and find out it's the number of the state pen or the FTC or a police station in a town a few hundred miles from where you live or the number of someone else who's been annoying you. You get the idea. Let them know what it's like.

Call the number above to stop the harassing phone calls and complain to the Better Business Bureau of Texas. We all work together and we can get this company shut down and law suits as well for thier illegal and disgusting harassment. Do not call 800-741-2100 this guy is a huge part of the problem, the little crack head operator who thinks he's so tough. He is a disgusting human being and i would love to get ahold of his personal phone number. People like this are evil and think they can harass people, fight back call the 866 number above which is ltd customer service number who actually does handle complaints and lets get this guy fired like he deserves. Dont forget to contact the texas BBB as well

I have received several calls from this company trying to locate my ex-husband. We have been divorced 7 years and his debt has nothing to do with me. They have also called my cousin in another state and I have no idea how they connected her to my ex-husband. This is invasive and disturbing.

These people use local phone numbers like (503) 802-0812 and (503) 802-0813. I tried to leave a message there but kept getting an error.

They have been calling for 6 weeks and finally left a message to call this number.

Surprisingly, I got a call from these people today. I thought the message said Crestwood Management but I'm guessing now it was LTD. Last year, I was getting all kinds of these calls up to 20 times a day. It miraculously stopped for months but it looks like they've started up again... Love the posts on here though, some of you are hysterical! And like some of you, I have no debt, I have no credit cards, I bought my car outright so I have no clue what kind of debt they could be trying to collect on...
