I'm surprised by a lot of these people that are late on payments. They don't start calling me until I'm nearly a full month behind on the payment. Once they do start calling I will agree that they call incessantly from moments after 8 am (earliest they can call I believe) to just moments before 9pm ( the latest they can call).I just block the number and pay when I have the money. That's all any of us can really do anyway. If they repo then they repo. I don't let that get into my head because I'll worry myself right into a coronary. Just block the number so you can be at peace and pay it if or when you can. What else can you do anyway? Try it. It can set you free if you let it, or it can eat you up? Your choice.  Free.....Free....set them free!

I am also recieving the call, when I answer no one is there. I own a Nissan, but I am not late on any payments. I am taking the suggestion to put a none ring on their number.

This is Toyota Lexus Financial services and while they probably have a right to call many of us they are HORRIBLE. I was in the process of moving during Dec and finally got settle into the new place on the 29th. By the time I unpacked and sorted the tons of pure upheaval in my life and paid my bills I was behind one payment. After repeated call from not just the 800 number but many others that were these guys having been ignored I decide to pick up the phone. I was meet by a poor connection to someone who I can hardly understand. He very politely told me I was behind one payment and that I owed them $1,700 dollars. I informed them that my Payment of $1,143 had processed through my bank on Monday and that not only should they have it but that I it was rude of him to add next month’s payment into the equation in hopes of receiving the money early. He admitted this was the case and meekly went about taking the change of address I needed to provide.
It got even better! As I was typing my complaint to this site the 800 777 6116 number popped up on my cell phone. I was prepared to go off on them but they disconnected as soon as I answered.
If anyone from Toyota is bothering to read this board you may want to look at the practices of your call center. Having worked with call centers overseas I know that many of them charge per call so I am not at all surprised they are harassing your customers. You’re paying someone in India or wherever because they are ostensibly less expensive. I suspect the truth is they cost nearly as much in the end as the bill you for the number of times they harass the same eople. When I see that you are moving jobs calling Americans to America I’ll once again consider purchasing a Lexus vehicle. Until then I do everything in my power to avoid you!

Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation does not take payments over the phone ~ Bill Matrix is the phone pay service. Nissan is not set up to take phone payments. Get your facts straight before accusing its a scam. There is representives in India that work for Nissan ~ if you don't want to talk to anyone then make your payment on time and you dont have to worry about being scammed

I get a call every day on my cell phone 407-421-5290 from 1-800-777-6116. I do not pick up calls from unknown callers and would like to report that I want the calls stopped immediately.

If you don't want people calling your cell phone, I suggest that you do not put it on line for all the world to see as you just did!  Guess this advice is a day late and a dollar short!  As far as these calls...do not answer, do not call back...just let it be.

I recieved a call from some jerk from this number and my payment had cleared the bank already and he was telling that they had not recieved it yet. He was an [***] and I didn't appreciate his pissy attitude. He called me on 2/7/13 at around 6:40pm central time. They need to get their act together.

Please stop these people from calling me when I am not a car payment behind.

I received a call from 1-800-777-6116 and claimed he is a debt collector.  The person has a strong accent.  He said I did not pay my bills for the past two months and asked me to pay then.  I know I made my payments.  This defintely a scam.

Its so annoying, these people keeps calling and when you answer they do not say any thing.
they never leave a massage and when I tried calling back the machine comes on that the #does not exist.

This is a scammer, it is not Nissan or Infiniti finance. They call spoofing Nissan's number, if you call back you will get Nissan, but it is not them that calls repeatedly. If you answer you will get a scammer. Don't give out any information. It is illegal to spoof caller-id info, but they do it anyway. Contact the FCC at https://www.fcc.gov/complaints and report them if they continue.

Well.....this number is calling my employment, and they just hang up. They will never get through to anyone that works here. They will have to reach them another way. My employees get paid to work. You want to talk to them? Call them on their time, not mine!

This number calls constantly. Hangs up if I pick up. So annoying!

Call (800) NISSAN-1 (or 800-647-7261).  It is Nissan's customer affairs phone number.

I have received a call from this number virtually every day.  I run a company and when I answer ... they hang up.  Finally called the number this am because it said it was Nissan.  Imagine my surprise when I called this number it actually went to Nissan ... BUT ... Nissan has not called me at anytime.  Our account with Nissan is paid ahead ... someone is scamming this number.  Please BE AWARE ... this is NOT Nissan.
