Received a call on the main switchboard at work. Caller ID identified the number as Capital One. It was a recorded message to call them but since I do not know who out of the 100+ employees the call is intended for, they will have to have either a live person call or they will have to call another number for them.

Lemberg Law is addressing Capitol One robo calls ,they are after them.
You have to tell Capitol One you are revoking their right to robo call, if they continue,  you can call the law firm to report them.

They have a right to call. You owe them money.  Pay your bills and they will not call,  Attorney should have told you

I use a "Air Horn" if they call back. &7 at Walmart

This robocaller somehow got ahold of an internal routing number for our business. I sure hope there's no credit card registered to that number...

This is a Scam. Spam. fake. tele pirate. it's not really capital one. They may try to tell you that they have your balance information and  they are fishing for your SSN and other pertinent information in order to scam you. Don't even answer the phone or call them back. they may also use that as a way to charge you high rates for the phone call itself and to protect themselves saying that you called them and gave them information. Just don't. instead block the number. call capital one directly and you can verify with them that this is a scammmmmmmmmmm!

This is fake, they are not real debt collection. they are fishing for information. I know this because I have already paid my bills and yet they call. call capital one directly and find out for yourself. This is a scammmmmmmmmmm and you are perpetuating it.

Received a letter in the mail for me to contact them and stating that some accounts are serviced by third party agencies. If this is the case, then my call will be redirected. They have 2 numbers listed: 800-955-6600 & 800-258-9319.

They called me at 8pm. As soon as they said capital one i hung up. I made a payment plan with them months ago so its annoying that theyre calling.

I commented earlier but they also knew my full name. After reading all of these reviews its scary to think this is a possible scam and they know my name. I will be calling real capital one tomorrow to confirm.

Calls constantly cant not block no one on phone sometimes voicemail is left when call back says cant be reached

I got calls like that and they had my number on someone else accpunt. One I told them they had wrong number they never called back.

I do have a Cpital One CC, it is behind currently about 45 days so this was a legitimate call for me.

Multiple calls but never a message

It started yesterday and hasn’t stopped! I do not answer and they never leave a message.

Call CONSTANTLY. I will NOT ANSWER numbers I do not know. I replied once with DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN I CONSIDER THIS HARRASSMENT, but to no avail. still AGGREVATED.

I’m behind a payment too so I know for sure It’s Capital One so I don’t know why these people think they’re getting scammed they’ve had this same number forever
