Called using local number. Said he was looking for assets/liability info. Scam unknown caller with no company info given.

Left message stated was Thomas King & associates, time sensitive file.  left this number to call back too..Sounded like a debt collector

Just got a call from this number that left voice mail not really audible saying something about my social security number and expecting a return call within 48 hours. Not really audible (mumbling) and sounded like a threatening debt collector.

Received a message from a local-area number stating that my number had come up in an assets and liability search, ending with a vaguely threatening message that if the call wasn't returned, I would be "documented as uncooperative".

Well, color me "uncooperative".

I have received 3 calls so far - they started on 6/4/14 from a local Delaware phone number (302-752-1482).  As mentioned in the above comments, the automated message states that my name has come up in an "Assets and Liability Search" and continues on giving me instructions to call 855-396-2263.  The end of the call states that if the call is not returned it will be documented as "uncooperative".  I called the (855) number back from a different phone and it goes to a voicemail. I called the (302)number back and a female answered for "Thomas King & Associates".  I did not ask any questions - just told her I dialed the wrong number then hung up.

I'm curious to know from the other posts here - what states are you located in?

Same as all above. Sounds like scam. VERY INAUDIBLE . THREATENING

That several messages had been left. That if I do not return their call, it will be noted that I was uncooperative.  It states its regading my "claim".   I have no claims against anyone.

I got the same messages.  The local number was a NY number.  Currently I am in Chicago.

I been getting call from them like everyday  I called them back once they keep asking for my social which I don't think they have my SSN on file they just want it..Today was different voice mail they left me it was robocall saying today is my last chance to talk to them before they make final decision I don't know what are they calling about.. If it's important why don't you send me something in the mail... Sounds like a SCAM...

I got the same call this morning but wasn't home.  Had to listen to the message several times.  Obviously if they didn't leave their name, company information and made a vague threat towards me, they can be assured that I am NOT returning their call!

I've been getting these calls as well - started about 2 weeks ago.  Has anyone called either number back (the number they give you to call) or (the number that calls you directly)?  I'm curious to see if anyone has gotten any information from this so called company?  

I got a call from 908-343-2176 telling me to call this number about some litigation and that I would be considered not cooperative if I did not call them. I just assumed it was a scammer, so I never took the next step online to google 855-396-2263. I ended up on this page; I am willing to bet it is a scammer.

Got a call from 516-726-4364 and was told to call 1-855-396-2263 as it would my last time to have inout on their decision.  Called 516 number get a message that ext 223 is not available leave a message.   Same message plays when you call the 1-855 number.  Sounds like bs to me.

These people are leaving messages from a local number same time everyday.  I'm at work!  I called them back at the other 855 number and it tells me to leave a message!

Well they don't give me their info so I'm not giving them mine!
