My letter I received says 210 John Glenn Dr. Suite three, Amherst New York 14228, phone  855-396-2263,Shows a private number on reverse phone lookup.  Call coming from TEKsystems in Independence, Ks. This number is different from the number you have.  These people have gotten my number and are using it to call all over the US< I have gotten over 100 calls from people they have called. I did not make the calls. My first phone call i got was from a local number here in Ky.  They said they were Thomas King and assoc. I looked up the number on reverse phone lookup and it was coming from the same place as the 855-396-2263, Independence Ks. From TEKsystems.

I just got a call from that exact same # yesterday,Guess I'm going to be non compliant.... If you have a computer call me don't expect me to do a damn thing for you

Called about assets and liabilities, threatened consequences, called everyday for a week then random evenings after that saying this was my last chance for them to take my considerations into their proceedings. CAlled through a local number

A male voice who only indicates that failure to call (or press 1), will result in being labeled "uncooperative". This person did NOT identify himself, NOR the company that he represents.  I have experienced this before, and it is continued harassment, and is a complete scam. To others who receive this call, please post a report, so that this number can be shut down permanently.

Have been getting this call for about 1 week.... they need my statement for a claim!!! I am going to call the police this is getting crazy.....

4/20/2015 (844) 282-8566 called and identified self as Mr. Stephen Parker regarding a "civil matter"
4/24/2015 (855) 396-2263 repeated automated calls with recording saying this was an "asset and liability search" with "failure to respond will be considered as non-cooperative" threat
4/24/2015 (512) 489-6722 received missed call; when I returned call it was a "Mr. Hansen" who answered, and I asked who he was trying to reach. I explained politely that the person he was trying to reach was not me. Mr. Hansen hastily responded "I'll take your number off [the list] immediately."

Funny thing is that when I saved any of the above numbers as a contact, each time they called, every one of the numbers got labelled as a group. So, I surmise that all these numbers are tied together somehow. Very frustrating.

Same message here, in Texas. Several times in a month, I never called them back. Just got a message today 4/28/15 saying this will be the final attempt if I want to put my input on my claim to call 855----. I'm not calling! Maybe they will stop calling me!! Finally. I had put them on auto reject most messages would say "press 1" and that's all

Pennsylvania ...Caller left message that said my number had come up in an Assets and Liability search ..I need to return this call to 1-855-396-2263..and if the call wasn't returned I would be documented as Uncooperative..Call came from 610-571-2753 originally..

received call today left voice mail including my address and name. wonder if they purchased my information from one of the many data thefts big corporations have had.

Called from 803-566-8114 (South Carolina) and left this message:

"Doing an asset and liability search for your number has come up in our records. Press one, now to speak to our pre-legal department or call today at 855-396-2263. Once again that was 855-396-2263. Failure to respond will be documented as being non-cooperative."

I keep getting calls from what comes up as Skype number 734-719-0972 today they left a message stating that my number had come up in an assets and liability search, ending with a vaguely threatening message that if the call wasn't returned, I would be "documented as uncooperative", they did not leave the name of the company, but another number for me to call back 855-396-2263.  total scam... however through intelis I did find the owners name and address for the 734 number...Chelsea Michigan.

They are a debt collection agency. They were looking for my ex-sister-in-law. I cursed at him, and told him that I am on the do not call list, and if they call again I would sue them. he abruptly hung up!

Called my place of work, it was the same message and then called my cell phone shortly after. Called from the same 803-566-8114 and left the same number to call back 855-396-2263.

I have been receiving calls from that number. On my phone I added it to a reject list. They have left some messages but no company name or any information other than their number. It just mentions something about a claim which I have never made.

I have been receiving threatening messages from 785-727-2456 and they leave this 855 number as a call back number. I called both numbers and told them to stop calling my number that I was going to report them. I got a recording at the 855 number that said operatop 223 was unable to come to the phone and the 785 number answered and said Kingman associates how can I help you and I said they could help by NOT calling my number then it went to music...the msgs they leave say that they are an asset and liability company doing an investigation and my number came up. then they say if i dont cooperate it will be noted~ very threatening.

They called my job with a different recording. I called the number back and the person who answered said the company name was Thomas King and Associates.

Having been receiving the same call for the past 2-3 months. Threatening action if no response is made.
No mention of the person or company where the call is originating from except for the phone numbers: 646-362-0962 and 855-396-2263. How can you call someone and leave no information on who the caller is representing?????? If you can't leave the nature of the call or information on callers identity then no response will not be given.

I reside in New York City. Have been receiving these annoying calls 2-3 months. The calls come in the AM and quit before 7 PM. It's a recording. The voice sounds like he is constipated.

The calls I've been receiving were pretty threatening. Stated that failure to respond would cause further action. I guess this tactic is suppose to send me running to call the phone number that has been left. Just recently in the past week the tactic has changed. Now I'm being told that the nature of the call concerns a claim settlement. I suppose the caller figures that if I have not responded to threats that I will to a mention of a claim settlement ($$$$$$$).
