Actually wen my boyfriend calls me the caller is says Houston TX n every time he calls it goes throw having had n e problem yet!! I hope not ever..

I was receiving call from this no. But the 5th time i recharge my account it doesnt go through anymore.. been charge over a 100 bucks on my card. Can spneone please please help me get my money back or atleast accept the call. Thank you for your help.

I recently brought a 25.00$ card to call to jail. But i cant accept calls from my friend thats in jail. Does anybody know what i can do to receive calls?

GTL is a pretty sad set up considering that your love one is incarcerated and you have to put money out in order just to speak to them, and then if you have to change the number because they are transferred then they will not refund your money. then they tell you that we're sorry but you already transferred once and you're only allowed one time which I was never informed of. it's bad enough that your love one is incarcerated but then you have to turn around and put money on the phone and then they don't even want to transfer the money to the new number its all our money gimmick. So if there's another choice of a carrier I would definitely a go with them this place is a joke. and if you're looking to get a another number and the area where your love one is so that the calls are only a dollar and something about $15 do not go with  con comcall home because there is even more of a rip off.

Good thing after receiving that recording a decided to check all this out & no way will i give them digits. My baby & I are just going to keep on jpay.

Globe Tel Link all I can say is get it together. There are people who don't have money to be wasting on ur services n then can't even talk to our loved ones if we do add money. Total rip off

Just got the call that said someone from our local jail was trying to contact me. Said to call 866 230 7761. I called that number but never got an answer. I called local jail and they told me Global Tel was a company they were contracted with. They also told me if I knew anyone who was incarcerated there, they would ask them if they called me. I knew of no one so it all ended there.

they take 6.00 approx off the bat for every call ...every call!! for a service fee

they arescams because they know how vulneranle we are on inside and outside when someone innocent is in jail...you will pay thru the nose when you know someone is in jail and you feel they re innocent..I checked all services...ALL RIP OFFS..

This is happening to me now

Global link is a mess they have you put money on there just for they can take majority of it so when it love ones come call and u talk to them for a few seconds then next thing u know they say that u was on a three way call and hang up the phone then it spouse call u back eating up more money..... sometime when I talk to him we could have a couple of second then the phones go out but they say the system down or its our phone but next thing know u have sixty seconds Left  but the hold dang time u haven't or couldn't hear from the person I called couple service bout they tell me their nothing they could do bout that

I have a brother who is in prison I get maybe 1 call a month I have never had a problem with his calls now I get this message telling me I have to prepay in order to talk to him.. What gives them the right to tell me I can't talk to him unless I prepay I pay my phone bill on time every month I am pissed for sure!!!

That's one really long sentence.....

GTL worked fine for me & customer service was very nice & willing to help when I needed a refund. They charged me a $5 fee for the refund transaction which can be expected from most companies & my money was back on my card the same day.
