Oh, so now you are on to percentages, eh? It still makes no difference, Paul.  Nothing good can be found about your company.  You use illegal telemarketing practices to contact your potential customers.  You illegally comb through other websites to get your call list.  You use pre-recorded messages to contact people, which is also illegal, especially being a 501c3 foundation. You call people from Longwood Inc, and ye the number you leave redirects us to AMS.  I know, it's a DBA.  So, why not call us from the DBA instead if those are the services you are trying to market?  That in itself is rather deceptive. You have 130 complaints from the BBB in the last 36 months.  That is a rather large number for only 1.5 years.  There are complaints about your company ALL OVER the internet.  You consistently tell people that the BBB is crap.  If the BBB is crap, why are you worried about it at all, ESPECIALLY if you are not a member?  

You tell me to check the rules regarding telemarketing, and quote the section for me.  I actually go read it, and find out you are violating AT LEAST 5 paragraphs of said rules.

Your time would be better spent actually improving your services and customer communications instead of trying to refute all this bad evidence against you on the internet.

No, Paul, it is YOU who are regurgitating incorrect information.  You are only allowed to not use the DNC list to make calls for donations and/or fundraisers.  Also, despite the fact that you are 501c3, you are NOT allowed to call cellular numbers, pagers, or pay by the minute services. Period. Also, you MUST at least show your phone number on caller ID, and your business name where available.  These rules are from the very resource you told me allowed you to call cellular numbers.  Clearly you do not know what you are talking about.

Ah, yes.  A charitable organization that calls people to solicit car ads instead of donations or fundraisers. Pray tell, Paul, what does selling car ads have to do with helping disabled and mentally handicapped people that make and sell other items at Longwood Inc?  Not looking too good in your favor Paul.

However, I will grant the point that it is not widely used, and never really has been.  It is still a word, though.

Actually, according to other complaints I have read about this company, you pull information from Auto sections of other websites.  However, people mistakenly post non-automotive items in the automotive section, and still get calls.  Take for example Sean, who blogged about this today. Blog link here: http://ourodyssey.blogspot.com/2009/06/abusin ... scam-alert.html He posted an RV couch for sale in the RV section.  This is not a car, truck or RV.  He still received a call from Longwood/AMS offering to sell his vehicle.  This should tell anyone that they are data mining these websites for phone numbers, and not really looking at what is being sold.

It is a word.  Or at least merriam webster and other dictionaries list it as such. I do realize it is a double negative, with the Ir and the less contradicting each other.  Just for you, I will cease using this word.

I will grant you that Merriam-Webster did note that it is a non-standard word, and should be replaced with regardless.  However, I picked it up in my schooling somewhere between Kindergarten and High School graduation.  I wonder if it's use is also based on the demographics of particular areas?   It seems to be a more popular word out where I live.

Deafening silence from Paul Russell.  Must've finally talked to a lawyer who told him to stop digging his own grave on here LOL.  The conversation they're going to have with the IRS should be a LOT more interesting, for-profits hiding behind a (nominal) 501(c)(3) don't go over very well.  Run-of-the-mill scammers hit a few victims, sure, and that's bad enough -- but tax scammers are subsidized by all of us taxpayers.  Maybe enough evidence right here, not to mention all the other sites where Paul has put his foot in it, for a good 3-5 years of free meals and housing, eh?

A lady called me the other day and said they had more than 200 contacts for my pathfinder in BC alone (wow!!!!).... Flat Lie
Anyways, I asked her about my money back and she told me I have to wait 90 days.
SO GUYS - MORAL OF THE STORY - THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS
I am just hoping I can get my refund.... lets see how that goes. I will update when that comes to light.... I will keep checking back here in case anyone has some tips for my situation and hopefully help others...
