No way will they stop calling.  I told them twice I don't have Capitol One and they promised to remove me, but they keep calling.  How aggravating1!!

I get calls all the livelong day from "800 Service" and "Capital One" and it is so very annoying and aggravating.  866-381-0453 and 800-955-6600 are both Capital One.  I stopped answering these.  They never leave a message.

They have been calling me twice a day, every single day, and sometimes at night for 2 months now!!! Sometimes I answer and it is silent, so I hang up. I have nothing to do with Capitol and I don't even have credit cards!!!!!!

It's Capital One bank/credit card.  A relative of mine has a debt and used to live with me but no longer does. We have explained this at least five times and given them the correct number, but they still call.  Today, I called back from work after my husband told me they called at 8am.   I got a rude woman who tried to tell me maybe I had a delinquent account.  She then hung up on me.  They called AGAIN this evening - I told them off and threatened to file an FCC complaint.  Thinking about how they have called every day for the past three weeks, I went to the FCC website and filed a formal complaint.  It took two more calls (I got hung up on again) but I informed them of the FCC complaint and got very sincere sounding apologies and promises my number had been removed from the system.  We shall see...but hopefully a formal FCC complaint will get them to STOP.

So annoying! I don't have an account with them and somehow they got my number trying to reach my girlfriend who has a card with them! And the calls do not stop even though I tell them they have the wrong number!

This number calls my phone 3-4x daily, but leaves no message...

I received the call from Capital one and leaves no message. I am going for the bankruptcy but they don't care if you are going to file for chapter 7 or not. The best advice is look at the phone number see who it is, name of the company, vm, the time of the call, and the date and report it to your attorney and they'll handle this.

take me off of your calling list , stop calling me , I:m not interested

It is sunday, and I received a call from this number about 5pm.  I have no credit card or loan w/capital one, and to my knowledge, neither does any relative.  They don't leave a message and if I call back the recording just asks me to enter my credit card number . .   which I do not HAVE with them.  I don't get anything in the mail from Capitol One, so don't know why the persistent phone calls. Meanwhile, whomever they are trying to call is not being bothered like I am!

Okay this number keeps calling me and Asking for jimmy and I keep telling him no but he won't listen and then I get more calls from an 866 numbers and it's really gettin on my nerves!

Go to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry.

What kind of goofballs can they be. They don't even leave a message.

I have 8 credit cards. 2 from Capital One, 2 From Chase, 2 from Household (HSBC) 1 from B of A & 1 from Merrick Bank. My unemployment ran out 2 months ago and there was no money to make the payments in December. Prior to that I have never been late. In any event between the 5 banks I recieved 42 Robo calls yesterday. None of them leave messages. Today is January 1st, New Years Day. It is about 3:30 pm right now and I have only received 1 call so far today and it is from 866-381-0453.
I did nopt opt into the over the limit programs on any of my cards because I didnt want to go over the limits and incure all those fees. Interesting that I have a $5000.00 credit card & a $500.00 from capital one in which they allowed a single charge to take the $5000.00 card $500.00 over the limit and they allowed the same company to take the $500.00 card $900.00 over the limit. Both charges had to be forced thru and were unauthorized. I didnt realize what had happened till it was too late on the $5000.00 card but I disputed the charge on the $500.00 card. But They put the charge back on because they said the card was present . It was not and I told them I had never even been to that place. They wanted proof. Right how do you prove you have never been somewhere, like you would have any kind of paperwork. Idiots. They never should have allowed the charge to begin with and now that I don't have an incomethey will get nothing. Had they handled the dispute properly they wouldn't be getting stuck with the loss.  Oh well I won't lose any sleep I shut my ringer off on my cell phone for incoming calls not in my contacts list so I won't be losing any sleep. The banks have once again outsmarted themselves.  We are all better off without them anyways. Occupy Everywhere Now is the Time to stand up against the powers that be. Any they might not like it but I am bringing my God with me to make sure they know I mean business. Thanks God for being there when I need you.

I see where some people say this is Capitol One, but I don't think so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have received calls from Capitol One where they leave a message and the number they leave is not this one. I received a call from this number today Sunday January 1, 2012 at 5:11 pm. As it is against the federal law for a debt collectoe to call on Sunday, I will be reporting them to FTC and the Do Not Call Registry!
