these calls only started for me AFTER I registered my number with the DO NOT CALL registry....before that I had never received a call.

Well that is certainly believable (NOT!).  I can guarantee that you don't have a clue what the registry is, how it was established, and what is covered and not covered under the two establishing laws (yes there are two and the registry is not one of them because it is not a law).

I just got a call from 866-568-4463 they said I owe on a pay day loan. Stanley Rivers was the guys name he said I had to come with $750 by the ed end of the day or I would be served a summons to appear in court on 8/13/2020. I know nothing about this loan and not sure how he has all of my information.  But sure it's a scam!!!!!

Some one called my cell stating that she is notifying me about a claim being filed and I need to call this number back because I have been notified. The phone to call back is 866-568-4463.
This is so ridiculous that some people are just so hurtful to take advantage of others.

just received a call from a ''christy mills'' or something like that saying that they have been trying to reach me for awhile.  this was the 1st call that i have gotten from them.  lol.  blocked the number.

I just received a call that a had on 2013 a payload and I have to pay or they are going to garnish my account with my bank. They said I have an appearance to court on Monday Aug 31st, and they asked for me to pay or go to court. I said I'm going to court and they hangout. They didn't answer my call back. Scam. It's so sad.

They have been calling me off and on for at least the last 6 months same threat, going to serve me papers etc. if I didn't call back by the end of business today.  I don't even bother to call them back as of today no one has served me papers.

Got a call from Christy Mills saying her intent is to file some legal action against me for not responding but failed to tell me what company they work for and calling on behalf of. Legally, if such things are filed against you they are required to notify you through mail. Scam!

Received a call today from San Francisco to call 866-568-4463 by the end of the day because of a claim on their desk.. Did not answer, and blocked both numbers. Haven't received these kind of scam calls in years, and never pick up calls that I don't have contacts for. SCAM!

I got the Christy Mills VM today.   The call came in from 860-263-0328 and totally vague.   All I know is that there is some type of legal action against me with them (didn't say who "they" were) and that I needed to call 866-568-4463 to get it resolved.   I blocked the number.  Its a scam.   The Consumer Finance Protection Bureau advises that when you get calls of this type, DON'T call them back because then they get your name and number and continue with their scamming crap.   They told me a long time ago to just block the number and go on.  By law, creditors are required to send you something in writing in the mail - they can't call and harass you on the phone.

I received a call from Christy Mills claiming they will send someone to my home if I don’t call a certain number. I am so sick of these callers scamming us. Please do something about them.

Got a call from a 212 area code today, which left this 866 number to call back. They left message telling me that legal action is in process and I have been warned. Told my employer will be notified. I blocked previous call from them, but they used a different # today.

Original call from ‭+1 (719) 428-2187‬ Cristy Mills stating a claim was filed against me and has to respond by the end of that day. Number to respond was the 866.568.4463 number.

I should be closing on a mortgage this week. I have excellent credit on no debts, but the mortgage. I say this to say this people are SCAMMER when trying to tell you that you will be served. Or I do not know where they get their information from...

They just called me talking about I wrote bad checks and do forth.... Some lady named christina....than some man tried to say I was being sued or I will be arrested if I don't pay.... I asked him to repeat what he just said he goes I'm not repeating myself.  Oh ok good bye

I received several similar calls & threats from Christy Mills and asked to call back 866-568-4463 by end of today.
These collection agencies purchased really old & useless loan from the original or sub creditors for penny for a dollar and they turn around and try to collect as much as possible using all sort of scare tactic and threats.  DON'T CALL THESE SCAMMERS BACK.  If you do call them back, make sure you toy with them on the phone & tell them to shuff the imaginary court case up their behind  LOL.

Bob, we don't have to tell "Christy Mills" anything. That miserable POS & her bottom feeding crew spend a lot of their time watching this site. They know exactly what we're telling their intended victims & they're not happy about it. There's not a damn thing they can do about it and they can't afford to avoid it. THEY ARE SCUM!

call from Christy mills about a debt they ( they jsut called me again just NOW!) state they are moving forward with and all efforts to contact me have been documented and the debt has been documented ( this is all voice automated with no option to speak to a person) and they give a number to call...called the number and just a plan answering machine with no name or anything..so a guy called me this morning with my address and SSN and said something about Walton police dept would serve me  sep 30th to go to court over a payday loan from 2015??? Never happened that I know of...said they would garnish my wages( I said good luck cuz i don't work)..i told him to send me some documentation and he seemed irrated that I said this sounds like a scam and quickly got off the phone with me...then just now as I google this and am writing this the automated phone message called again ..all from different numbers...
