I just got a call from christy Mills . She left a message. When I cases back the first time , they didn’t have anything on me . I called the 8665684463 number, a lady answered the phone “you still playing on this got damn phone , and hung up .” I don’t have a loan with the loan company they stated . They didn’t say “this is a debt ...”
Now that I’ve read this forum , I know this is a scam . They have all of my information, which is scary .

Received a recorded message from Chrisy Mills about a claim in her office, a claim has been verified, no response received and you have been notified and that she will move forward by the end of today and to call back 866-568-4463.

I've gotten these calls before...nothing happened

This is a completely illegal scam! If they have a case against you - the court filed paperwork would be served to you in person by local law enforcement. A prerecorded auto-dial phone message is not legit and they are looking to scare someone into giving all their personal info to them so they can get your money. These people need to get a real & legitimate job. Last week it was a Jonathan Michael's and today a no name female voice. I hate these people that are too lazy to find a real job and would rather prey on the fears of hard working citizens.  SHUT THEM DOWN!!!

They said I owed for a quick cash loan from 2005. I asked them to mail me the bills because I had no idea of what they were referencing. They said no , it is a waste at this point. They said they felt with cases like this many times and at this point I was just trying to buy time with no intentions of paying, mailed documents or not. I asked if they expected me to give them money over the phone for an account I knew nothing about. They read my maiden name, my phone number, an old bank account I had and my social security number. That was not enough, good bye.

Received the exact message today on my voicemail too.

Received call from Christy Mills, no company name but indicates she has a claim in her office.  She doesn’t say what the claim is or where it is from. She says that her efforts have been recorded and I needed to call this number.

Not only are you in the wrong thread, you are pushing a political position. Also, you kinda sound like a nut. Post reported for removal.

Christine called today about an outstanding Capital One account. When I  told them I do not have an outstanding Capital One account a lady said "tell it to the judge". Then hung up on me.

Got a call from ‭+1 (706) 664-2933‬ Lol they were moving forward with papers to serve me this nonsense I am still waiting we are home secured with body guards

They are back at it.  Got a call from Source Mediation Law Firm today.   I love when people like this call.  I call them back and just mess with them.  They use words that do not fit the conversation, like "We will more forward"  Move forward with what? Here is a secret, when they serve you "papers", they do not call first.  They just show up, at your work or home.  They cant provide any details on the case other than a made up number and erroneous info about a loan or an account that was not paid back.  All bogus.  Call them back and waist their time.

I always ask them to send me written proof I owe money! I wants dates of said loan and I will check my bank statements for said deposit! Then they drop what I supposedly owe lowering it if I pay right away! What a joke. I say show me proof. Then I don’t hear from them!

A recording from Kristy Mills calls and says that a claim is in her office and needs to be resolved by end of business. Attempts to contact me have been verified. If I have questions about claim to call 866-568-4463.
