Why are you so hateful to everyone that comes here for answers against a potential scammer? Are you affiliated with the individuals who are perpetrating the scam and these threatening calls? I have noted that you have sarcastic and rude comments throughout this tread to individuals who are simply attempting to gain answers to a perceived, potential threat! Are you just an internet troll hiding behind your warrior keyboard harassing people or are you a part of this scamming operation? Either way, you have failed to contribute anything positive or of value to the thread so it really makes your presence here null and frankly, it makes you a horrible person.

In the over 7 years I have followed and had the honor of participating on this site, BigA's has had 1000's of posts that get the heart of helping people and scam busting. In the cases of tracking down scammers, BigA is pretty much the exact guy you want backing you up. Don't mistake critical thinking for being critical.

He costs scammers $$$$ and that is more than you seem to be up to. Remind us, what exactly do you have to offer future readers?  I reckon it is easier to go back on the porch and bark, bless your little heart.

I received a called and a voice message was left from this number 866-568- 4463. I was threatened that I owe Advance America 1,797.50 and I could pay 1,007.00 as a settlement. I said ok and hung up

A woman called and said my case was being turned over to the authorities by 5pm if they didn’t hear back from me. I was to call 866-568-4463.  I called back. They had my social security number. Told me I was going to jail for not paying a bank card balance that I knew nothing about.

Christy Mills threatening me with judgements going to court if I did not pay this unknown bill today. Would not send me paper work to show legit.

Well unfortunately I fell for it &gave them $900sum dollars
-anything I can do about it now

I’m not even going to call this number back. Right after this call I got a second call saying that they were going to suspend my social security number. Can you believe that? Ha! Be wary and don’t fall for it!

Per The U.S. Constitution a person cannot go to jail for owing a debt. If a person ever says that hang up. They are trying to scare money out of you.

Called from 760-904-3599 left same vm others mention here with the call back #866-568-4463. Have received many calls from different numbers with the same message.  Once I block that # they use another and so on

Christy Mills calling for someone.  I called back to let them know that they had the wrong number and the [***] hung up on me, so I called back and she hung up on me again.

Just got off the phone with them, same thing, office of Christy Mills.  They tell me she represents QC Holdings and that I’m about to be arrested in my county.  They do have my social and address.  They say I owe 646. But they’ll accept 323. to settle.  But If it goes to court they say it’ll be over 3000 and they will immediately garnish my wages.
I’ve been dealing with this scam for years now, I’ll give them credit, they’ve come a long way towards sounding convincing.

This are fraudulent scammers.

They called me with the same BS give me a name but never who they are working for claim they have contacted me never have scam may call them later tonight and have some fun with these idiots

I got the same came today in NC from the same number and they stated they were Kristi Mills. They said I had been notified and they are intending on moving forward by the end of the business day.

Hello all. First of all this is definitely a SCAM! So that you totally understand each of the 50 states has a Statute of Limitations on debts. Go online and read what’s your Statue of Limitations in your individual state because each state can be different. Very simple if you have debts that has passed the Statute of Limitations you cannot be Sued! If a debt is passed the Statute of Limitations and you make a payment on that debt what happens is the cycle is start all over again, meaning you are obligated to pay that debt. If your debt has passed the Statute of Limitations don’t make any payments. So that you totally understand Google Statute of Limitations in all 50 states and just read the content. One more thing a Credit Report will let you know how long the item or items been on your report, all after a period of time debt will fall off your Credit Report. This is great FREE information.
