This number has been calling me at all hours multiple times per week for years (on my cell phone). Every so often I answer and without fail they always ask to speak to "Kathleen". If I ask who's calling they just hang up. Since I'm male I don't think they'd believe me If I were to play along and claim to be this person they are looking for. I don't even know a Kathleen. I had always assumed it must be a debt collector because no one else would be that persistent.

If this is a mortgage scam of some sort it is run by some incredibly incompetent people.

The FCC no-call program is like most Fed endeavors......a huge waste of taxpayer money.  I'm getting scores of calls from this # and others.   I've been on the no-call list for years....I gave up filing complaints because nothing changed.  Apparently, no action by the Feds.

I filed a complaint with the DO NOT CALL registry, this company has called me every day this year and even called up to four times a day. I told them I was going to sue them and they called back in 15 minutes.

A VA loan is not a loan from the government. The government only pays the mortgate insurance on these. Any permission given when acquiring a loan does not transfer to third parties.

I have gotten a call each day around the same times, sometimes twice a day. I have yet to answer or call back, but legall all it takes is one call for it to be considered harassment. Honestly I'm getting sick of it quick.

After months of repeated calls to my home number regarding refinancing my home mortgage, the calls continue even though I've asked them to stop.  Now I ignore messages from 866 area codes.  However, they have managed to get ahold of my cell phone number somehow and have started calling it. These folks are insidious!

Filing will do nothing..

These people call up to 7 times a day at very inconvenient times, like 4am  and after 9pm.  They have been calling for months and I am sick of it.  Please make them stop.

Yes, that number is "Mortgage Investors Corp".  They've been calling me for over six years and it doesn't matter what you tell them or how many times you complain to have them stop.  They just keep calling...

You might also check the small print on the back of any mail that you get with mortgage offers.  You'd be surprised at how many are from "Mortgage Investors Corp".

Someone is making frequent unsolicited call to my cell phone from the 866-812-6662 number. The calling party needs to be stopped.

Search the web for sites and news related to robocalls, telemarketing, harassment, mortgage investment, veterans home loans, predatory practices, consumer complaints, scams, and rip-offs. These are all good keywords, which will give you results showing useful information, tips, and complaints. You will also see links to the very kinds of companies and their shills (some posing as helpful intermediaries and experts). So use your best judgment as far as what to believe.

But take heart, I hope, knowing you are not alone. Many people share your anger and keep sharing information to expose all the bad apples & outright crooks. And bring them to justice.

Now, they're saying 72 hours and what I need to do is not answer the phone while the system purges my information!  What a crock - Don't answer my phone?

They keep calling my number and its not even a real cell number it's through an APP!! They call every day and I want to strangle them.
