asking for my mother, they call repeatedly and have no business with us.

Called at 6:00 p.m. tonight.
Computer said "Please hold; your call is very important to us."
24 seconds later it said "Goodbye." and ended the call.

Annoying does not begin to cover it. This is a new number for me (cell) and I get alot of this.

Unidentified call .........which I don't answer......I called it back..

Yes, I went thru part of there automated message... Says we owe money on a bill... Will not state the account, or who they are collecting for.... I'm not behind on any bills either... so very intersting to see what they are up to.  Scam of some sort?

CNAM UNKNOWN  2009  06/30  3:28 PM  866-860-9153  2nd Call  Came in on 1st Distinctive Ring (513) xxx-xxxx.  I answered. Automated call (Female Voice) calling for Cindy S???????.  I kept pressing the buttons to make the message repeat and cost them as much money as possible.  "Call Stellar Recovery, 'a debt collection company' at 866-860-9153".  Cindy has not had my number for 10 years. AKA Star Recovery.

Keep calling on the cellphone, have no business with this Stellar Recovery or late on any charges. Just started since cell number are availaable. Sounds like a scam to me. Can't seem to reach them either.

I get a call once a day... a recording states "this message is for ****** (my maiden name). By continuing to listen to this message, you acknowledge that you are ******". Sneaky. My VOICEMAIL continues to listen to the message, I have acknowledged nothing. And yet I get these calls once or twice daily. My credit report is clean, I have no outstanding debts. Funny, I can't find anywhere to write to the company either.

This type of collection agencies buy accts that are ages old, even past the time frame where you are no longer responsible. Thry then try to harass you into paying them.even if they get pennies on the dollar they are happy.

They call me to but I do ignore such criminals!!!! YOU KNOW, MOST LINES HAVE AN OPTION TO BLOCK UNWANTED NUMBERS! I did use it and it should give me more peace and comfort in MY OWN HOME!!!

calls me every day, multiple times a day.  dont know who it is because only an automated message.  the message says to hang up if you are not the intended person and that is what i do, but they continue to harass me all day, every day.

Toll Free - 866-860-9153.  As previously noted, phone rang at least "25-30" times.

I know times are rough, but don't be an idiot and use the same phone # for your beauty biz and a freakin "scum" collection biz.  They might invest in some internet training first.

Lets all call them or email CONSTANLY and waste their #$#@@#@# $$$$.  I too owe nothing.  OH, I have been on the worthless "NO CALL LIST" for over 5 years.  

I will now go to the FCC and file another complaint.  More waste of my time no doubt!

1-866-860-9153 is a collection agency called Stellar Collections.  This collection agency started calling our house last week looking for a person that we do not know of.  They use an automated system that says the name of the person they are looking for and that they are calling to recover a debt owed.   This seems like a violation of the FDCPA.

automated voice asking for me by my maiden name...saying it is an important call. i just called them back and told them to take my name off their list. i don't even have any debt owed! well, maybe like 15 years ago, but not since then.

asked for "barbara Carpenter"  Same deal collections .  calls at leat once a week.

they have called off and of for about 1 month. it is an automated call wanting to talk with Lori Thompson.
