I also got that address from Rosenthal Levin & Associates when I asked the man on the phone for it.  I sent a certified letter to them at that address requesting that they verify the loan by sending me documentation.  As I guessed, it was a phony address (and that of the Superior Deli) as both the certified letters were returned to me as not at that address.  They called again and I told them that if I received one more call I was going to file harassment charges against them.  They stopped calling for a couple weeks but just started this week calling my work and cell phone daily.  Has anyone filed a complaint for harassment against this company?  Does anyone have a legit address for them?  I do not owe anyone anything.  I have absolutely no debt and I am at wits end with these people.  I am tempted to change my phone numbers.  I have told them on countless occasions after they said they are going to file a complaint against me to go ahead and do so because then I can get this dealt with and recieve the alleged paperwork they supposedly have and then I can file a counterclaim for harassment and have them pay ME $1,000 for violations of the FDCPA.  

Is anyone out there as frustrated as I am that you would be interested in filing a class action against them?

I got a call I was told I was going to get a summons but they were willing settle this outside of court and they wanted to record me that I would make two payments.  They called my job and I explained I planned to pay but the paydayloans sent me to them they didn't give a chance. I just want to make sure there legit cuz I have been getting harrassing phone calls from collectors with accents and with American names.  I think I should probably talk to a lawyer for advice. Can they really take to court.

Got a phone call from them today about a payday loan.  I had fraud back in 2008. Filed police report (still have) and thought everything was fine.  Now I am getting phone calls on the loan.  Daniel Blackwood told me this was a walk in, in Sedona AZ.  I looked up the address and it is a home not a business.  I called Daniel back and he gave me a different address, again a home not a business.  Looked up Arrowhead Invetments and they are out of Utah.  I have never been to Utah or lived there.  How could I walk in?  Ummm.  So the fraud continues.  He also said he was calling from Rosenthal, Levin and Associates. I find out now searching the phone number it is Marchal, Levin and Associates.  Something is not adding up.  I also called the 800 number for Arrowhead the place claiming I owe them money and a Sean (Shawn) told me they do not have a Sedona AZ. Branch.  Looking deeper into.  Filed BBB report, FTC, and credit freeze to cover my butt.  I will continue to file reports now on both places.

I got almost the exact same phone call, same number and company name.  The thing is that I used a cash express store to get my 401k out early when I needed some money.  They MUST be selling our info!  The guy knew the last four of my ssn, my address at the time of the 401k check, my first, last, middle name, my current address.  This upsets me beyond belief and I want to shut them down.  What can we do???

Do not pay them at all they can't do anything it's just a collection agency and the just buy real old debt from your past and get you to pay by scaring you change your account info because they will try to take it all

New info they are now using this new number 1-888-288-0032 extention 110. A rep with another bogus name Ron West harrassed and try to intimidate me for a small amount I owe to a past creditor. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau, The FTC, and more companies. They are big time scammers. My original creditor is not even being credited, I just talked to them and they did sell my profile but, in order to restablished my account with my old creditor, I still owe the full amount. They are now being investigated.

This a scam they called me saying i own the money from a pay day loan that i never receive. I told them i can bring them all my statements showing i never recieve any money from them. Then he said he has my address i asked him what is it he gave me an address i nevered lived at. Then i told him i'm not doing nothing over the phone let me come to there office he got mad ans told me he will see me in court and hang the phone up on me. When i called back and asked for there  address he gave me a Cali. address. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT SEND THESE PEPLE MONEY OR GIVE THEM YOUR BANK INFO. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND

Give them nothing they are scum of the earth, stammers the feds can't get them cause they run out of other countries they move around all the time, these people are lowlifes, lovely lady is a lowlife who probably works for this illegal operation, I hope karma comes back on all of you scumbags.

Received a call from Christina, Marvel & Associates.

These people a scammed me out of money.  Yes, I paid them, but they are still saying I owe them a balance.  Finally, after taking my money, Christina said that I've been paying on a debt that was taken out in 2006.  I stated to her that I would not pay out another penny, until I received something in writing.  What can I do? Threats to take me to court, etc.

This company is calling my number to get in touch with a friend of mine.  How do they know the connection?  They called today and they also called several months ago.  When I returned the call several months ago, they were very avasive and hung up on ME.  What is up with that?  They didn't like it that I was not offering them any information.  If I get another call from them, I will pump them for information and turn them in again!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.  They called me and since they had all of my info i went along with them as they were threatening jail time.  Glad i found this site.  I am now going to cancel my card.  They called me as the law firm Rosenthal etc.

i have had my first dealings with the rosenthal group today. they have been harassing my parents to gemt them to do their dirty work....said it was my dads job to get in touch with me, etc. my dad was in law enforcement for 30 yrs. they didn't get very far with him. i called them today, to see what was actually going on, and was hung up on twice, before i finally got someone to tell me wtf was going on. they have insinuated charges will be filed against me, that my drivers license will be suspended, and other acts of nonsense. I asked for and I have the right to know the original creditor, and the amount in question. Their reply was they didn't have that information, only the big bosses upstairs. I told them i have every legal right to see these documents, and i would not pay a dime to someone who just called me up and said i owed money...I told them I wasn't stupid, nor would i be sending any money, they said they cannot mail out these documents because postage is just too high to give these to people who will never pay anyway. i felt so dirty after talking to these con men. I also told them they'd have some surprises when they came to my county to collect: a warrant sworn out for their arrest for harassment. We'll see what happens. They must think that just because we ever had a payday loan, that we were fools (may be some argument for that) but not in their greasy, guttery minds.

I forgot to ask for some strategies in dealing with these micreants....I have a feeling I'm going to need all the help I can get before it is all said and done....Thank you for this website.

I received a call from the same phone number claiming to be "Rosenthal, Levine & Assoc."  from Cleveland, Oh.  They said I supposedly took out a payday loan and I should've received paperwork to show up in court because they are sueing me....When I asked for the account number this money supposedly went into, he said they couldnt give me that information, all they could give me was the routing number, he said that was the same..do these idiots really think we are that stupid.  Anyone that has a checking account knows better.  I have NEVER taken a payday loan out !  These people are extortionest !  They are just trying to scare people out of paying bogus fees.  I've turned them in to the FBI, FTC, FCC and the Attorney Generals Office.  Once I told them I did that, they hung up on me !!   Dont give them any personal information..report them immediately.

I have recieved threatening call for this number. I ask what is it regarding and ask a payday loan that i didnt pay. I ask what payday loan, couldn't not provide the company. I called the payday and they stated i was up to date with my account. They have call and said they are officers, law assosiate. I ask them if there is a court matter to send me the paper work. I have not recieved anything and it has been 6 months.

They are scammers point blank.

I had got a call from this company yesterday and today demanding payment on a closed account> I had got scamed before but never again. I will be reporting this company to HOMELAND SECURITY ASAP. If ever u get a call from them please report them.
