This is from Sprint, they are trying to sell additional phone lines to existing customers.  The sales person will tell you that it's only $10 to add an additional line.  They told me that I could have up to 10 lines and each line was just and additional $10.  I have 5 now.  SPRINT IS LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMERS YOU CAN NOT HAVE MORE THAN 5 LINES ON AN ACCOUNT/PLAN. BUT...YOU CAN HAVE MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT/PLAN  If I add another line to my plan, I have to purchase another plan, that is $129 a month, plus 10 for each line.  They conveniently forget to tell you the part that it's another $129 plus additional featurs like texting, or phone protection.  This is a complete SCAM!  I HAVE REQUEST THEY REMOVE MY PHONE FROM THEIR SALES, IT'S BEEN ALMOST A MONTH, THEY ARE STILL CALLING.

I just received a call from this number today (they didn't leave a voice-mail for me either). I came upon this page to find out who it might have been (as in: should I call them back? answer: nope). After reading the comments here, I like the correction on the proper way to compose an English sentence (I was beginning to think I was the only one who paid attention in English class, haha). I think most people my age have lost all desire to even consider to pay attention to what they are ACTUALLY communication by using the wrong word, etc. It's pretty sad when you think about the fact that spell check is on just about every computer; there are red lines under your writing for a reason (if you click on them it does tell you how to fix).

    Many Thanks!

    A grammar/ spell check:

    "WHAT!!" should be composed "WHAT?!"
"be nice to them." should be composed "Be nice to them?"
"they just keep going and going to try to sell you something." should be composed "They just keep going and going trying to sell you something."
"its dumb." should be composed "It's dumb."
"im just happy that i did not here it ring.couse i dont want to hear them talk over and over." should be composed "I'm just happy that I did not hear it ring, because I don't want to hear them talk over and over."

The way you have composed your comment makes no sense what so ever. You sound like an uneducated idiot. Thank you.

Yep, it appears to be Sprint telemarketing to sell more crap.  They have called four times in past two weeks, lots of times before that.  I have asked them endlessly to stop calling, that doesn't work.

I sent an email to SPRINT demanding to stop their LYING TELEMARKETERS from calling me.   I gave them full details of the FRAUD.
    .

Told me if I added 2 phones that I DID NOT NEED  to my EXISTING plan - it would reduce my monthly bill.  IT DID NOT!
they added the 2 phones as a NEW account DOUBLING my monthly bill.   I also found out its a common tactic by the telemarketing staff  one the billing dept has to correct quite often - still cost me an extra $20 a month to have 2 phones that never were never used - I could not cancel them without incurring a $400 re-stocking fee.

No messages left- I don't pick up....thinking about trying the same technique that I used on the local paper when they wouldn't stop calling. Ever seen Mars Attacks? Just speak like one of the aliens "maap maap map" to every question...they'll get so flustered, they'll hang up lol.

The reason Sprint Corp. customers get a lower overall bill, in my opinion, is because Sprint uses a business model that allows for Sprint Telemarketers, hired via Indian Phone Lines, living in India, therefore lower wages, in order to increase their sales by the occasional intimidated customer, that will purchase extra phone lines at discount, or whatever, but actually in reality do not have any use for in the first place. Sprint, this is grounds for your so called loyal customers to go look for cell phone coverage elsewhere. Americans do need cell phones but do not need extra lines of credit witch we can not even afford. Over doing is the so called American way. This should stop. This is the US problem in every aspect of global business.

They claim to be from Sprint but by all the really odd questions they were asking, I find it hard to believe they really were from Sprint, How can someone working for a cell phone company not know what a smart phone is?

Do you really have nothing better to do than correct people on their spelling and punctuation?  I thought the first post was cute but the more I read the more I think you sound like an idiot.  A rude, arrogant idiot at that!  I know that last sentence is a fragment, guess what no one cares!
