- DJ| 1 replyReceived a call today from 877-740-5801 and yesterday from 877-753-0927 I did not answer as I don't answer any unknown calls. When I played the message sounds like they are saying the company name is either FNR or FMR. I have no idea who these people are calling me. They also said on the message something about "tracing and locating" my whereabouts and that the law allows them to do so. I've been scammed before and I do believe this is a scam. I've never been in any trouble all my life and don't intend to! Who are these people and how do I stop these annoying calls. I registered my number on the Do Not Call List but doesn't seem to stop these calls. Sick and tired of these annoying and threatening calls!!
- Caller: FNR or FMR
- DPJHave been receiving calls from this number every day and more than once a day. I don't answer; message is same as that shown by DJ above. Very annoying.

- BigA replies to DJKnown criminal debt scammers.
You need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation, cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter. You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to. Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment. If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt and we would all be the richer for it.

Also known as World Wide Processing Group LLC and they are located at 5817 South Park Ave, Hamburg NY 14075 and have a PO Box 2474 Blasdell NY 14219. The owners name is Frank Ungaro and the Director of Operations is Nick Curtis.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
