I had a item of $26.45 charged to my Visa from a service with the phone 888-454-6364 .  Please identify the reason for this charge so I may determine whether the charge is valid and how I wish to deal with it.

Charged 26.45 as well. Called number and had charge reversed. Its credit card loss protection.

Yes, yes, I got charged 34.59. Now, I called the 1-888-454-6364 number and got a refund immediatly for the current charge, but I also found out that they have been charging my c.c. since 2001, therefor ripped me off 7 times. I am demanding a refund for the remainding 6 years, I have made 2 calls to them so far, and was told that a "supervisor" will call me back tomorow, so we will see how much I get back!!!
If this happened to you, JUST CALL THEM! and DEMAND! ALL your $$$ back!

I just checked the hotline registry link someone provided.  Can someone clarify why the Contact address is Card Assist (which is valid) not the Hotline that charged me,or why not of the contact numbers on the site match the number given on my statement?
