Big F****N SCAM...Should report to RCMP...

I got charged 80$ on my credit card. The description says ENREGISTART8884546364( Mississauga On).
I called them. A representative says that it was a credit card protection service which my husband registered three years ago.
As per my husband, he did cancel it. But the company continued the service and recently has renewed it without letting us know. After several attempts to get me to stay with their protection service, I was able to cancel it. The rep. mentioned that the refund will be shown on my next credit card statement. I shall see it.... Just calling them with a few minutes wait is really wasting my time.

Same happened to my mother.  A $31.95 was charged to her RBC Visa Card. I Called 1-888-454-6364 and a very kind gentleman listened patiently to me and informed me that the charges would be reversed immediately.

However, I have power of attorney now for my elderly mother, and looking back through her records I notice that she has been paying for this service since 1998.

It's only around $511.00  that she's paid out over 16 years, but for something, that now understanding, was "optional"?

I guess .... a case of "Caveat emptor."

I was charged $45.19 for a purchase I never made. The name is CRDREGISTRY, 8884546364 Mississauga ON.  I see I am not the only one who has been had by these people who use our credit card number.  They should be investigated and penalized.

I was surprised to see a payment from my c.card :on    05/11/2014    CRDREGISTRY 8884546364 MISSISSAUGA ON    $45.98. I would like to get it back. It's an obvious theft. There was no calls or anything of the sort. What should I do and who should I contact?

They charged $73 on my visa.  How are these criminals pulling this off?

They just charged my debit account for $34 ,they got my information from RBC Visa.I am going to fight and charge them for theft and fraud.I will stop them making illegal money and robbing people. I have notified my financial institution for investigation and police have been informed .Please notify your financial institution and fight for yours and other victims right.

They are thieves.They obtain your information from a RBC employee and then charge your Debit account for something that you did not agree.Fight against them and inform your bank and police.Get them out of this illegal activities .There are millions of cases like this.

I have been charged 33.89 direct from my bank account...I do not remember authorizing this deduction !
The bank claims that it was a legitimate charge ?

I don't understand how they can directly charge credit cards without any authorization?
I remember the call from this annoying and aggressive lady trying to get me to sign up for this service and I had to cut her off several times with clear and loud NO's.
$34.48 charge today on my RBC credit card.

RBC and all the rest of the banks should be ashamed of themselves.

I detected this charge again after 9 years. Apparently they keep on charging my credit card despite of changing my card numbers whitin all these years

Total fraud I called my bank there investigating when I called 888 454 6364 they told me I wasn't registered with this company(card reg) when I asked the girl on the phone how were they able to take money from my checking account she couldn't give me an answer that's when I hung UP and called my bank( TD ) back they said they would get my 33.98 back and to change my access card and visa as well !!

I called the number (888 454 6364) and was informed that I had been a member of them since 2004 when I first got my card.  They charge you every 3 years, so this was the 4th time I was charged, I just never noticed the charge before, and had I been a month late I wouldn't have.

It's not fraud, I do remember telling BMO that I would take their insurance, because insurance is good to have, right?

But the service they provide isn't necessary, and in fact the main selling point is that you can call them and they will cancel "all" your cards for you, so you don't have to call each card company.  When I told the rep I only had one card she completely understood and agreed it wasn't a required service.

Credit card registry has billed me 31.49 for an account which expired in 2004, I  did not ask for this service then or do I want it now. It has taken two calls to get the charges reversed, how can they do this without my permission. What a company
