I just got charged on Sept 28 2017 for Transaction description "CARDREG 888-454-6364" for $79.09.  I did not authorized anything card assist at any time.  Not sure how they manage to charge my debit checking account.  This is scary.  Calling TD Bank now to trace this.

I have moved many times recently and these guys have ALL of my most recent info! how even???? I noticed this charge of 80$ on my credit card and I saw a message on this site (dating of 2009) saying that we should check our previous statements from 3 years ago and you know what! I was charged exactly the same amount exactly 3 years ago! how didn't I notice then??? I never subscribed to any card protection services and my bank has no info on what's happening. I callled this company and cancelled "my service" to which I never subscribed and I got a refund. We'll see what happens next. It's annoying that the bank gives out customers' info to fraudulent companies!!! what the hell!

Bank tells me to call # but # has problems giving ME info & says there is an error trying to access my supposedly account. What's wrong with the picture.

Did you cancel the account so they can't continue to "just take out money"?

This was a charge that was posted to my 94 year old mothers Visa card with the phone number 1-866-664-9333.  When I asked to have the charges reversed, they put me on hold for over 25 minutes...but I stayed on!  They tell me that they will return the fees to the card on the next billing period- but I'll believe it when I see it.  But somehow they had her phone number and address...

Wow!  I have a BMO credit card.  For the first time, I saw a charge from these guys on my statement for $80.49.  I never ever authorized this, yet they are saying I have been a part of this registry since 2005!  What a bunch of bull.  BMO was not helpful at all in answering how they obtained my information either.  Both are saying I authorized it through some phone call I didn't get.  I never sign up for anything like this.  I cancelled it immediately and insisted on a refund.  I will be keeping an eye on my next statement.

Most likely everyone somehow got signed up with Aimia. This number is listed as one of theirs on the BBB and there is a lot of "sub companies" listed.

The parent company seems to be Sigma Loyalty Group Inc., as most of the Privacy and Terms pages have it as the main company.

There is a problem with this program.  If you lost your card and did not realize it because you did not need to use it and when you went to use it you realized it was lost, you would report it stolen to this service and they will shut down your card as soon as you call them.  If in the meantime someone had put $2000 on your card before you called them thet wont pay it.  They only pay any charges after you call them.  If I lost a card I would go to my bank or call them or MC and they block hat card from being used.  So this group are getting your money for nothing.  I am definitely going to call the athourities about this crap.
