Most likely scammers grabbing personal info and a credit card number if they can get it , don’t answer calls from numbers you don’t know even answering the call triggers bots

Received a call/message saying it was Wakefield & Associates attempting to collect a debt. They didn’t say who they were attempting to contact & have received no paper mail from any companies. Don’t have any outstanding debt, so yeah, I smell a scam.

Got call from this number 888-582-3359 person named Loretta stated to call her and or any one of their reps also stated name of place Waco and associates. Never heard of Waco and associates

I think that you need to clear your earwax out.  This seems to be Wakefield and Associates which is a third party debt collector.  I doubt that you would have heard of them unless you had dealt with them before.  Everything else that you need to know has already been posted.
