Called my phone and left a message did not say my name or any information saying I needed to call within 48 hours or he would render a verdict. They called from a Dade City phone number but left the 8885852112 for me to call back.

SO I just got this call today...... My name is William calling from structure settlement. I'm calling in reference to a payment that you made to our office. Unfortunately that payment was returned by your bank unpaid. Now I'm not trying to reach you much into this but without immediate return call. You're really not giving me a whole lot of choices but to turn this matter over to our NSF team with recommendations that our rights be reviewed in reference to this matter. Do give my office a call as soon as you get this message. You can reach me at 1-888-585-2112. This call has been documented as an attempt to contact. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained.... While I know I have Debts this company does not own one and I only set up payments I can actually afford... My bank also notifies me of rejected/ bad transactions when they happen.

RCVD the same call.  Did they try and access your account?  I think they are fraudulent b/c they do not tell you a reference number nor do they tell you who they are representing.

Said it is a documented and time-stamped attempt to contact me. 99% sure it's a scam.

"My name is James I'm calling from _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ settlement calling in regards to the audit that was done on your file here at my office wanted to give you an opportunity to respond on your own behalf and let me know if there's anything you'd like us to take and _⁠_⁠_ a ration before we do make our final recommendation wanted to give you a chance to try to resolve this on a voluntary basis…”

Message: Samantha from Structure Settlement about verification for a automatic withdrawal. Said that any information will be used to settle debt  The scammers are getting more creative. Be careful before calling ANY unknown number. This one sounded official and immement.

I think this is a scam. I can not find a company under that name. I reported to CFPB

just receive a call which first showed up as a Rogers, Texas call stating he was from structured settlement and he was currently auditing my file and he went on to say that he doesn't have much time to make contact with me over the matter before turning over his recommendation and as much as this was a 254 number he wanted me to call a 888 number. I suspect it to be a scam call and he did not address me by name. When check the number on google ot all reflect that the number is from a scammer.

What happens if you do cause I just spent over 800 paying back a 1,400 loan I don't even recall ever getting but because I've had someone close to me use my info before I wasnt sure and they had my full name and old address :(

Just got a call from "Matt" at Structured Settlement. Very rude. Was looking for someone that used me as a reference. Left message that she never made 1 payment and infected that they are going to court. Which they never have. He also called her work. Phone # 888 660 3323. Calling an attorney. I told him she was struggling thru Covid. They don't care.

I had the very same call on a couple of occasions. Never leaves a name, nor mane of a company.  Alway trying to collect a debt that affects credit ratings.   It has to be a scam. I never answer so they always leave a msg.
