Got a call n says Hi this is William from Dr. settlement and I'm contacting you in regarding to a recording I just review from my NSF department you authorize a payment that came back return from your bank we take that _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ very seriously and you could be subject to penalty fee if the payment is not recover I'm sure this is just an oversight and if so I can reinstate the terms and conditions of this agreement please reach me back at 888-585-2112 that's 888-585-2112 I do want to invite you under federal law that this is an attempt to collect a debt any information obtained will be used for that purpose…”.

Got the same message

Keeps calling leaving  a message saying something about a transaction from my bank account, wanting to make sure I am aware of the transaction and I need to contact 888-585-2112, before he renders a verdict on the case. Then says they are a debt collector trying to collect a debt. No name for caller or name of debt just says call  u ber.

Some guy named Joshua called stating about a structured settlement regarding and authorized checking transaction. I never write checks. I do everything online. These guys are scammers trying to get money out of people. I blocked the number and deleted the message. This was the 3rd call in 1 week. I also received a call from LaToya Jackson. They should come up with more creative names.

He didn't say something about a structured settlement for your check.  That is the company name. You could have learned a whole lot including how to deal with this had you taken the time to read the other posts.

Called my phone and left a message did not say my name or any information saying I needed to call within 48 hours or he would render a verdict. They called from a Dade City phone number but left the 8885852112 for me to call back.

SO I just got this call today...... My name is William calling from structure settlement. I'm calling in reference to a payment that you made to our office. Unfortunately that payment was returned by your bank unpaid. Now I'm not trying to reach you much into this but without immediate return call. You're really not giving me a whole lot of choices but to turn this matter over to our NSF team with recommendations that our rights be reviewed in reference to this matter. Do give my office a call as soon as you get this message. You can reach me at 1-888-585-2112. This call has been documented as an attempt to contact. This is an attempt to collect a debt. Any information obtained.... While I know I have Debts this company does not own one and I only set up payments I can actually afford... My bank also notifies me of rejected/ bad transactions when they happen.

RCVD the same call.  Did they try and access your account?  I think they are fraudulent b/c they do not tell you a reference number nor do they tell you who they are representing.

That person clearly posted here in 2019.  I doubt that person will be back.  Considering that all of your questions have been answered in this thread I have to wonder why you stopped reading?

.Same Message.   My iPhone voicemail translator displayed the follow excerpt from the actual call recording
"My name is James I'm calling from _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ settlement calling in regards to the audit that was done on your file here at my office wanted to give you an opportunity to respond on your own behalf and let me know if there's anything you'd like us to take and _⁠_⁠_ a ration before we do make our final recommendation wanted to give you a chance to try to resolve this on a voluntary basis…”

Message: Samantha from Structure Settlement about verification for a automatic withdrawal. Said that any information will be used to settle debt  The scammers are getting more creative. Be careful before calling ANY unknown number. This one sounded official and immement.

Even better would be to take the time to read the other posts to find out how to handle this correctly.  Start on page 3.

I think this is a scam. I can not find a company under that name. I reported to CFPB

The company name and information was posted on page 3.  You can learn a lot by reading especially if you read past the first post which was made over a year ago.
