I will tell you how to make them stop. I have done this before. Stay really cool when talking to them. In fact, sound like a really dirty minded person. Ask them really dirty questions about their mother. Sound like you are from a sex phone line. Or make fun of their speech. Have fun with it. Don't get mad, get even. Lol you will find it fun that they call if you just have fun with it. I had a company calling me and I made fun of their way of talking. I told the lady that she sounded like the dumbest backwoods hillbilly redneck I have ever heard before. But I did it in a cool way. Lol she came off her rocker and yelled at me saying I went to alabama and I said oh now I know why you sound like that. She never called again.

I get calls from 1888-799-8009 on my cell phone alot. I just don't pick up if I don't recogize the number.

888-799-8009 just called phone  they let it ring once hang up and called back 4 different times.  dont know who it is cause dont have a chance to answer.

The phone number I've attempted to call is not working.  This is harressment at its finest.

Received automated call. Pretty sleazy, they left a message stating there is a 3 sec. This means ITS ME!
CALLED BACK AND LINE BUSY.. AM ON DO NOT CALL LIST.

This number calls constantly...when we answer, a recording comes on looking for "Timothy and if this is Timothy, please press 1", but there is no other option if you are not this person.  We finally decided to press 1 just to get a hold of a real person to tell them that Timothy does not live here and please take us off the list, but they hung up on us.  We are still receiving the calls.  This is becoming a bit ridiculous.

I was constantly getting calls from them to. Till I threated to go to the Attourney Generals office. They blew that off. And then they came back and when they started getting beligerant with me I told them to reapeat everythnig and after they did they asked why I said because I was recording them to go to the FBI for trying to get money out of me that I did not owe. Plus the Attourney Generals office. They hung up and I never heard from them again.

We must get at least 2 calls a day from Tate/Kirlin 888-799-8009.  Seems like no matter how many times they are reported, they still call.  What's up with "the system"?

Am I the only unlucky person who got stuck with a cell phone number previously owned by people (Yes, multiple) who don't pay their bills? I get several collection calls a day from different companies including the number above.  I've changed my voicemail to give my first & last name yet they still call.

I came home and found a message on my caller ID for someone who does not live here.  This is more than annoying.  I am on te DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.  I glad to hear that you can sue.  These people are getting to be really harrassing.  After reading these posts I wonder if changing my number would do any good at all.

I have been getting calls for 8 years for a Margie Jackson. I've told this agency as well as every other collection agency asking for this person, there is no one by that name in my household. I've gotten to the point where I don't answer if I don't recognize the number number and no longer leave my answering machine on. They just fill it up with threats or make stupid comments. I can tell if friends or family members have called by checking caller ID.

Just block them and that is the end of that story and them.it's worth the little extra for peace and Quiet

This number places multiple calls daily to our small company, asking for people none of us have ever heard of and demanding someone call them back. This is a waste of  our resources, we could be answereing revenue generating  calls from customers or conducting our business. These jerks waste other's   time & money

called and a 'nick' was on the other end.he stated that they were lloking for someon..I told him to keep on looking.
