Illegally blocks Caller ID!

Illegally block their Caller ID.

Called them back (recording said it was TATE & KIRLIN ASSOCIATES), was switched to an operator and told him to specifically remove my phone number from their calling list.  We'll see what happens.

I completely agree just had an individual call me today and could not understand them said i wanted to talk to a supervisor, they put him on.  Got very baligerant with my and questioned my parenting skills and the reasons i have not been employed and how i could afford to live.  That call ticked me off so bad it raised my blood pressure up.  Im still angry. Now that I think about it someone with the same accent called my sister about 2 months ago and was threatening her, she turned them into the federal trade commission.

They keep calling here asking for someone who doesn't live here.  Heavy accented person leaves msg saying to call them back to have your phone number removed.  When you call them back they say they'll remove my number.  We'll see if that happens.  They call at least 5 times a day.

They call repeatedly even though I've told them the person they are looking for hasn't had my number for over two years. Caller ID says "Toll Free Call".

They have several different phone numbers. One night we got so aggrevated with their calling that we called them a good 20 times to give them a taste of their own medicine... we told them that we were going to contact the FCC and Better Business Bureau and anything else we could think of for this fraudulent company. The calls stoped for about 2 weeks and now they are using a different phone number. They obviously didn't get the hint with all the legal threats.

Whatever you do, do not give them any personal information including your name. If they were a true collection agency they would have all the information already and they legally have to give you any and all information and not codes or initials and they would not talk around in circles.

Called them back about a dept that owe. The dept was one I do owe. I told them I don't make enough for them and my child support. My kids come first. Told him after I get paid and pay my cs I have about $150 left for the month. So he asked if I could send $125. Told him that I
Not able to send anything only to live off $25 a month. The idiot still didnt get it. Told him I would pay it off when I got all my child support paid. He asked how long it would take. I told him 14 years. Said he understood and hung up.

My poor phone, they are wearing out my ringer. Haven't aanswered in 4 months. They will probaly be calling long after I am dead. ( In about 50 years!)

Calls me every day and hangs up!!

This number has been calling my home since 2007. These people insist that my name is Vladimir Hernandez but I'm a white Irish guy and that is not my name. I've complained to everyone except the Avon lady and these scammers just won't leave me alone. These dirtbags are phishing for information. They're crooks and lowlifes who wake up everyday and harass people. Total scumbags.

I have asked and emailed this company and asked them to remove my number from their calling list as they do not pay my phone bill and I do not want them to call me what so ever as the party they are calling is not here and they have the wrong number. I emailed them on 1/16/2010 as they call everyday including Sunday. And would you know they just called again here and now on 1/17/2011. Do they listen? NO!

If you answer your phone when they call, then to them, you are validating to them that the debt is yours, regardless if it's in your name or not. If they call, don't answer, and they won't call as much, to the point where they will stop for months, before they sell the debt to another company, and it starts over again. Answering your phone, talking to them, or responding to their letters re-establishes contact with them. So to them, it's ok to call because you respond to them. This is what works for me. Various people have used my number on whatever they purchase over the past 5 years now. I just don't answer. There is one bill that went to 17 different collection agencies. It does not matter if the debt is yours or not. If you know it's not, then don't answer or return calls. Once you do, it gives them the green light!

Keep getting calls from this number. No messages are left.

i just got 2 calls from this number, i ask to speak to someone whom spoke english. The person who called me was from india. told him i couldnt understand a word he said. he said someone will be on the line with me. I am thinking why didnt they call me instead of some dumb jerk who cant speak english. STOP CALLING ME
