- VPSCalled twice pretending to ask for "John Barker". Both times I entered the options to be removed from the list, but they don't honor it. I called the number back and told them it was not me, and he said he would take me off the list.
I've had this number for years.
But I'm pretty sure this number has called before trying to sell something. Keeping a log now.- Caller: Kate and (Correlin)?

- Angry| 3 repliesGot a call from these people and I hit 1 at first, put me into a hold pattern while waiting to speak to a live person...I didn't wait. I called back a few minutes later and I'm talking with Tate and Associates. They are a collection agency and the one person I talked with had a heavy accent. They did NOT listen to my story and I asked to speak with a supervisor. After 5 minutes of waiting to speak with the supervisor, I hung up. If they call again, I'm going to let them have it. If it's that important to do business with me, SPEAK ENGLISH!! I speak English, they should to.

- K.H.I received calls at least once or twice a day (every day) on my cell phone from this Phone number. Since I do not recogize the phone number I don't answer it. They never leave a message so I do not who it is. I am assume it is a collection agency or something like it.

- geeksterrrGet calls constantly from this number. No one is there. Has happened over 200 times in the last year. Attempts to block, have removed, have failed. I have "do not call" installed and updated, doesn't keep them out. They use many other numbers as well which come up with variations of Tate and Kirlin and Associates and/or Toll Free Call. Abusers of phone service of the highest order with no real purpose where I am concerned.

- PJ| 1 replyThey called about 3 times within the span of 2 hours. I called the number back and an automated message saying Tate and Associates forwarded me to a man named "Tony." I asked to be taken off the list and asked what they were selling over and over while this man rudely continued to ask what my name was in order to be removed. I'm not going to give him my name, hell no. Well he said, "If I wanted to sell you something I would have pitched a product" with that I hung up, he had an accent.

- Rodney Johnson in OhioHow to File a Complaint and please do this so we all can get some rest. I have talked to this guy and asked that they stop calling. I explained that he has the wrong person many times and many times insist that he remove my wife from the list. Today, Sunday he was nasty and said that he will remove me, and he does not want too, or have to listen to me. Of course he has stated that before and yet still keeps calling. Sounds like the same guy each time. This company needs to be shut down!

- WalterThe best way to get these people to quit calling is to do the following (I have and it works).
Record a .wav file of the message that your phone is "disconnected or no longer in service." Make that your answering machine message (be sure to tell family and friends!). There is a computer program written in these companies autodialer that hears that tone (disconnected/no longer in service) and throws your number out of rotation. Of course, at a later date it may get picked up again somehow, but just do it again. It's stopped everyone from calling me, even my spouse sometimes hangs up and then chuckles and calls back.
Good luck. You can google to get the .wav file. - rosethis number keeps calling me!!
