I have had several phone calls from this number asking for a Jessica Straub ever since I got this new cell phone number. Numerous times I have picked up and been hung up on. Called them back and same thing. Finally got a live person and pretty much bitched at them about the issue and some guy named Andy Rogers said he would take me off their list and I would not be bothered again.

If I keep getting more phone calls, I will be reporting them.

call from them, 2nd time, recorded mesg looking for someone i've never heard of.  lived agent said they are tate and kirklin.

I get a call from the 888-799-8009 # probably about every hour everyday.

called my wife and told her that i had a visa card debt of over 1200.00.
wanted her to admit that i was the one they were looking for.I suspect that tate and kirlin associates uses the shotgun approach to collection,they send out notices and phone calls to everyone with the same name or a close name different middle initial etc.until they find the one they are looking for or some poor fool who can't remember if he owes an old debt and will admit to them on a recorded call that he is the party they are looking for.when you call the number that they provide a machine says "cisco systems"but it is tate and kirlin.

Is there no way to stop these calls?  I only get them on my cell phone which NOBODY knows the number to except my immediate family.

It must be against some law for this harassment to go on and on.

I keep getting these automated calls at all hours almost every day on my cell phone several times a day. When we're expecting Dr. phone calls these unwanted calls are maddening. I called back and their looking for an Orlando somebody. The woman had an accent and wanted to know if I was calling from the same number that I received the phone call on.Told her to stop calling, she said "yes mam"

This is a collection agency for Capital One. They charged off  my acct but sold it to these people. I paid over the amount due each month for three years & this acct never went down. I paid off the max amt they said they could lend me in the first place & they are charging me for interest.

Capital One is truly the hoards at your gate. They will not work with you at all & harass you night and day.

Between 8pm -9pm this #888-799-8089 keeps calling my house and doesn't say anything and you can hear someone on the other end of the phone. Now the first phone call was a recording saying that i should call Tate and Kirkin back. Never heard of this company before and they are truelly wasting my time with this foolishness.

Let flood their phone lines. Block ur number.  Call them back and dont say anything. Keep doing that until u get tired. Pick up ur phone and do it now. Come on. All of us. Let do it at the same time. This might stop them bothering us.

It's considered harrassment. If they call so many times a day, or call before 8 am or after 9 pm, or call after you've asked them not to. You can sue them for up to $1000.

If they asked for your SSN this is a scam, you need to report them to the Federal Trade Commission.
