They keep calling about twice a day.No one answers when you pick up. Finally after 10-14 times, someone answered and asked for me. I was a member but I froze my account at the location I alwayz went to, due to a job transfer. When I went to the gym, they told me that they delete all account information when you freeze the account and I need to bring in a credit card to set it up again. On the phone, they told me that I owe them money and they have no information of me freezing my account. The company tactics have alwayz been shady, even with mermberships. STAY AWAY.

These "people" are calling and blowing up my 12 year old minor daughters cell phone. They refuse to stop calling. They expect me to giv them her name when I call them back, I told them she is a minor and that is not gonna happen. They have promised me 7 times that her number has been removed from the customers account, AND to boot they gave me the customers information even after I told them my child and I have never had any memberships with them. They are rude and hung up on me when I asked them to please take care of this issue.

my daughter has been getting these calls for a few days now.  It could be 24 hr fitness, as she was "enrolled" with them.  Since no contract, she dropped them and is going to my gym for lots cheaper.  Just aggravating that they keep calling her cell at least 6 times a day.  If she tries to answer the call, they hang up.  When I tried to call it just got a weird tone.  Now she has to waste time to go back into 24 hr fitness and try to get it straightened up.  Luckily she does not have a credit card, so they can't get any info that way.  Hopefully my daughter is learning a lesson with this mess.

It might be legit, but it's definitely odd.  When I called back the first time, I got a weird busy signal as though it was an international call.  My membership is just now renewing, so it could indeed be 24hr. I concur that if it's not 24 hour's general listing, we should not be giving credit card info over the phone.

I just received a call from this number, and when I picked up I heard a hello and then nothing. I then googled the number and found this site. It happens that my annual membership fee is due this month, so it would be an odd coincidence if this is a scam. I called the number back and based on my phone call the operator gave me my name and address and told me my annual $49 is now due. She had all that info correct. I told her I would prefer to not give my credit card info over the phone and I will walk into the nearest 24hr gym and pay in person. Simple enough.

If this is some kind of scam, I don't know how they would know my annual due, which is a great price I locked into years ago, or how they knew my nickname that I go by and my address. But I will agree NEVER give out your CREDIT CARD INFO to an unknown number.

I am scared I started getting the calls about a week ago

I've been getting 3 phone calls a day for the passed two weeks...I picked up the first time and no one was on the other line just voice recoriding that says hello and then it automatically hangs up.   Now its time to just change my phone number.

have been called 11 times in 11 days. Repeatedly told them that will not renew second membership.  asked for supervisor told none available

The phone company has a service wear you can block certain numbers.  We had it a few years back when your teenage daugther was receivieng calls in the middle of the night.  It cost arround $5.00 a month but it was worth the cost.

I received a call from this number, no message was left.

for a week and a half i have gotten 5-6 phone calls a day from this number. it is very annoying. they claim to be
24 hour (s) fitness. notice how i spelt HOURS. they are NOT 24 HOUR fitness. this is ridiculous and NEEDS to stop. just as i was typing this complaint, they called yet again.

Started getting these calls 4 days ago- 37 times. NEVER answer. IT IS a SCAM. Not 24-hr Fitness. All you do is use up your minutes when you answer. Silly fools.

Caller ID said 888-900-3194.  When I picked up the phone after only 2 rings, it went to the dial tone.  I called the number back, and the person that answered said it was 24-Hour Fitness.  When she asked what number had received the call, and I told her, she said her system showed no record of that number.  Then she asked for my first and last name.  I told her that I wouldn't give it to her, because I was trying NOT to get these callse any more.  She then said my number was removed from the system.  Very sketchy.

Ok I too get these calls. At least 10 times a day asking for payments which I already made. I called customer service and no help there. WHAT IS THE SOLUTION?!? I remember they did this to me before like 6 months ago and my account ended up suspended, which was a long battle.

ya they've been calling like mad, my contract is up for renewal, but you'd think they'd get the hint.... added to block list   :)

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I also have been receiving annoying calls from this number all throughout the day. I do have a membership with 24hr Fitness, so it makes some sense. But damn annoying as hell for a gym membership that isnt past due. I will answer the call next time they call (should be in a couple minutes)

This number has been calling me now for a week several times a day. No message is left. I would like the calls to STOP!
