I GOT A FEW CALLS FROM THIS SAYING MY CREDIT CARD WAS EXPIRED OR CHANGED WHICH WAS TRUE SO I GAVE THEM THE NEW ONE AND 24HR LATER THE CALL STOP

I've gotten 3 calls in the last 24 hours from this number.... what is this??

I sent in my membership just on the due date, and I received a call from a human representative. She understood that my check was on the way, and now the check amount has been withdrawn, yet I keep receiving this robot calls every freaking day.

First I didn't realize that this is really from 24 hours fitness, since I was just hanging up as soon as I hear the robot voice. Yet after a week of calls everyday, I looked up Internet and here and now I learned that it's really from 24 hours fitness, I am calling their customer service and have been on the hold for god knows how long this is going to take...

Stupid.

24 Hour Fitness contract expired, paid in full and I'm now being harassed 3-4 times a day on two separate phone lines (one of which is not listed and not shared with 24 hour) to renew my membership.

Just started getting calls yesterday 3-2-9. I have never ever had an account with 24 hour fitness, so they may have inadvertantly alerted me that someone has possibly stolen my identity, and is using it for a credit card and an account at 24 hour fit. Got second call today, about same time,  12:00 mst. What REALLY upsets me is they're calling my cell #!.

I receive a call from 888-900-3194 4 times a day. I have called 24 Hour Fitness and told them I'm not the person they are trying to contact and that I am not a member at their gym. The person they are looking for I don't know, but is using my number as his own. They told me they'd update this person's account, but obviously they lied. They don't even know how to skiptrace apparently. I bet they'd find the idiot that owed them money if they skip traced. Stupid 24 Hour Fitness!

This nuts were trying to tell me i have an over due on my account which i don't. I upset the guy cuz i wouldn't give him my account info. Although he has the last four of my card number, address etc. He was so upset he hang up the phone. 24hr is acting naive about it... but i am so mad i am going try to the bottom of this scam. It's crazy. Be careful. I dont know about u but I don't trust anyone!!!

me too. ALSO I am supposedly on their DoNotCall list, they still call me for weeks now. And I also cancelled (on day 3).

Umm, even if this is legitimately an outsourced company of 24hr, the incompetence level is far to high for me to bother answering these calls.  I'm not gonna give my card info to anyone over the phone unless it's someone within driving distance of me so I can go kick their ass shortly afterwards.  

I truly feel sorry for you people who give your card info to some random Jamaican [***] :(

**READ**: If these people are calling you, don't answer them.  If you actually do owe money or need to update your card information, go to your local 24hr location and take it up with one of the managers there.  Problem solved.

Receiving calls from this number. I see other posts saying it's in regards to 24 hour fitness which I haven't been a member of in over 10 years!

I have not picked up but do not want calls fom telemarketers. They do not leave a message either.

my question is, are these fake calls from 24 to get your money or are they actually calling referring to the account?

Frequent calls from 1(888)900-3194. When you answer, no one is there, but the calls keep coming. The is no name on the caller ID, just a number.

They are legit, I've been receiving a call from them once a year for my renewal and never had a problem with them. If you don't feel confortable doing a transaction over the phone just head to your locol 24h Fitness to resolve your problem.

Confirmed; this number is with 24 hour fitness, their Jamacian call center. Talked with Omar Morgan, rep. After I talked with membership here in the states, Morgan read back my cancelation information. And knew it all. So if they are not, then they are getting info rather fast. The membership office later confirmed that they in Jamaca handle renewal. Call 24HF and you'll be surprise

I have been getting calls from this number ever since I cancelled my 24 hour fitness membership. I never answer the calls and they never leave a message. They call like clockwork at 9am, 1pm and 5pm. They have even called as late as 7pm. My advice: do not answer, report the harrassment to 24 hour fitness and hope that it all goes away.

Obviously they somehow got the account information and phone number from AT&T. Got a second call from this number, so I decided to what to see who was there. After holding for a representative they asked if "Richard was there?" Richard is the name of the account owner for my AT&T family plan account. The only one knowing the account holder is AT&T.
