Same as prior items mentioned above. They are now using 239-312-0845 as their spoofed number for caller id. Using all of the same script as others have comment on.
Asked for prior owner of company who is deceased, advised no longer with company and asked how I could help, said trying to track down details of a package that was returned to them undeliverable, advised if it is for a dead man it will be difficult to deliver, ended call

A lady from "USSP" called and immediately addressed me as Jean. She wanted to speak to an ex-employee that hasn't been here for years regarding a package that they supposedly "signed for", but was returned back to USSP for some odd reason. I really think she didn't know her lines and was suppose to say that that person wasn't available to sign and the package was returned. She tried provide me with false information about the package, package sender, and package contents. I just straight up called her a liar every time she said something because none of the information she provided made sense. She eventually transfer me to another person to get more details about the package. When that person got on the line she immediately address me as Jean as well. I responded in a very angry manner that "I'm not Jean so stop calling me Jean!" She proceeded to ask from my name and I refused. She eventually apologized for "calling the wrong number" and said that she will remove the phone number from their system. I highly doubt it and am waiting for a call back so that I can give them hell.

USSP called me this morning stating that they had a package that was returned to them and they needed to verify my address. She put me on hold and transferred me to another person. This person was all fun and happy like we were best of friends making comments like "I'm having as good of a day like Trump" & "at least my hair doesn't look as bad as Trump". Whatever!!! Hung up, SCAM!

Very scummy scam company. They try to get your authorization to send you a package through weird wording. Be aware that they are recording the call and probably try to use it to back up the "fact" that you ordered something from them. Same deal as others, I was transferred to someone else when I asked what the call was about. The wait music was some stand up comedy which included a message that the call is recorded. Be careful talking to these people as they are recording and can probably alter the recording to make it seem like you ordered their garbage.
wow, i ALSO got the bad trump hair joke. WTF is wrong with people. im so sick of all these bs calls.

USSP Shipping Scam. I just received a phone call similar to the ones above. Caller was Kevin and the phone number was 914-293-5510 (which is a Peekskill, NY #). Caller said he had a driver in my area today to try to re-deliver the package with the damaged label but just needed to confirm hours for delivery, address and my cell phone number. I googled and found this page as was speaking to him. Nice try.

I got a call at work asking for my boss who wasn't in. I first said.. USSP... Not UPS? I said I've never heard of USSP!! She said they were calling for a missed package. I asked if it was delivered and someone wasn't here that it was missed. She said no it was not the right information and came back to their warehouse. I asked if they just needed an address to deliver it to or what. She told me she could only talk to my boss. I was very suspicious and I think she caught on to that. I stupidly said I could give you her email. but I didn't. Then I said well you can probably catch her later today to call back. Then I looked up USSP to see and YEP it's a scam! I am so sick of these AWFUL people in this world with scams and hacking!!!!

I just received the EXACT SAME call at my business with the EXACT SAME hold music. When I asked who was calling, she said "United Standard", when I asked what do they do, the answer was "that's what we do, we're United Standard". Brain power right there... Get ugly with them and they will say they will hang up. That's what worked for me!
