Scam , I hate this stuff.  I'm beginning to get sick of posting on Craigslist too !!!!!!!! thinking of a boycot

I'm a Realtor in Grants Pass. A client of mine also has a property listed & advertised for lease on Craigslist. He got a txt msg from this outfit also. This one says, "We still have a network of buyers interested in making an offer on your property." and it's signed "jgproperties.com". Also a Marl Slauson Domain.

Bad phone number associated with it too.

I too got a text message from this so called company. The only place I had posted my ad was
on Craigslist so know that is where it came from..I knew this was too good to be true but glad to
find this link here with info on this company.

I received a text from this same JGProperties.com after listing my Spokane house on Craigslist. Thanks for the blog to confirm my suspicions !!

I just got a text from re@isoldtoday.com and it told me to go to jgproperties.com I just put my house on drains list 2 days ago. Thanks for the warning. Scumbags.
They didn't give a number and it didn't show upon my phone.

I recieved a text message from this company as well. This house was an investment property that I cannot rehab at this present time.  It is located 10 mins from the inner harbor, 5mins from RT-83, and 5 mins from Druid Hill Park.

There are some surrounding areas that are seedy but those areas will be eradicated within 3 to 5 years.  Construction has just completed in the Baker Street corridor.    

Bolton Hill & Park Avenue is a very well to do section of Baltimore City, which will never change.  Some of the houses in this in area are selling for $200-250K, on the rare occasion that they go up for sale.

Much of this area is considered historic.  My Druid Hill property is within walking distance of Park Avenue, Bolton Hill and smack dab in the middle of the Druid Heights re-development project.

This house is ruffed in and all of the difficult work has been done.  As you know with these older buildings “All” plumbing must be pulled out-DONE, PVC run through,  electric-Done, New Windows-Done, Fire Escape-original to house-exposed brick on entire left interior, duct work-Done, fire place can be operational or just mantel for electric one, stand up basement that is deep, long, high, and wide-unfinished, two sets of prefab steps, new roof.

If you go to (www.druidheights.com) you will see the plans for redevelopment in this area.  I brought this house quite strategically however; I am in current financial situation that will not allow me to rehab this property “the right way”.  

I am firm on my price and very motivated to sell.
Not interested in the back & forth, I know what I have and any buyer who is worth the salt on his bread will know that this is one hell of a deal, thanks.

just received a text from www.aduproperties.com stating they saw my listing online and would like to make a offer so please reply quickly to www.aduproperties.com.
I replied back asking if they had seen the property and were they interested in leasing or purchasing?

It appeared as spam and after Googling found out it to be the case. Wish these people would get a life as we are serious agents trying to lease or sell our clients property. this is just a waste of everyone's time.

I just got a call but from 417-799-1697...same thing as above people have said.
Jpeproperties.com.....I put some info about the home I am selling is all and then they wanted me to get a free credit report, ya, they wanted a credit card or debit card number..no way!!! I then closed that and googled and found all these messages..I too have a home for sale by owner on Craigslist..this is getting ridiculous when you cant feel safe about anything anymore....really a sad thing that Craigslist has become! I am about ready to take down my posting there as well........

Have received similar message X3 from this company, using txt messaging from the following # 256-580-7355.  My property is also listed on craigslist.
