Same message mine was from special investigator, Jim Reed and I or my attorney needed to call them immediately.  I did not get the Good Luck!  Did get online and learn 507 is PA, don't know anyone there and think this might be the beginning of identity fraud.  Next day called, same "C.P.S." given 3 options choose #2.  A Mark West answered said he was Jim's supervisor and could handle it.  Come to find out he claimed it was a debt of $1,836.98 that one of my adult son's owed HSBC bank and to settle and keep my son from having "fraud" charges the bank would be willing to settle in the amount of $1,001.64.  It would need to be paid by 5:00 p.m. that day.  I said I would need to try to reach my son, he said the debt was from 2006....so he may not remember it.  My son got the same message - we live in different states different time zones, never heard of that HSBC bank or owed any money - he called  later in the day and a woman answered - he asked who the company was that was saying he owed money to them and she told him she could not give him that information until he gave her his social security # - he laughed told her she was crazy and started reading some of these statements from this web site....that ended the conversation quickly!!!!  I have reported this to my local sheriff.  This is not a collection agency......It is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Can I now join the club?  I just received my call.  I found this link while I was listening to the absurdly long musak.  I have also apparently had a restraining order slapped on me - it seems there is someone out there who may be very afraid of my towering 5'4" 175 lbs awesomeness.

Thanks for the information on the FTC. I'll keep it in mind (I wrote it down), when they call again. We filed bankruptcy last year and this payday loan was included in the bankruptcy. The one time they called the person wouldn't even let me talk. She said just listen. Every time I tried talking she just cut me off. I just hung up on her after telling her I would call my lawyer. Today my husband got a call on his cell telling him they had a RESTRAINING order on me. Why they would have a restraining order is beyond me. I did call my attorney and she is taking care of it for me.

got the same call today but his name was Jim Read. Scary he did have my name and I have no idea how. this is a cell number.

I got the same message that a complaint was issued involving a restraining order, etc and that
my attorney must call back.  This caller left absolutley no identifying information, no name of person, no name of company

I received a call from this number and they have even called people I have no contact with so how did they even get their number??

i got a call from this same number. i had a call from central processing services. so i called the number and got someone on the phone and his name was Mr wesley and he told me that i owed money on a payday loan. so i asked him if he could tell me what payday loans he was talking about to verify them to me. Mr wesley told me that he could not give me that info. you would think that if someone is calling to get a payment they would tell you what payday loans you took out. Mr wesley then told me that if i didn't make a payment then i would be taken to court. if i dont make a payment. Mr wesley also stated that i would be paying a settlement of 500. and had to pay 100 dollars last friday... i then asked Mr wesley if i could have an address for the company to verify and he refused to give me the address and said that he couldnt give that info because to many people we coming down and causing problems.

The next day after recieveing that phone call i went online and googled this number and come to find there was a different company called vision telcom and first choice communication. i have copied  at the bottom of this what i found out.

Some Lady named Karen Hill keeps calling my home , cell and also my family stating they have a lawsuit against and that they are a special investigator and if I dont return the call with in 48 hrs they will have me arrested. I am sick of these calls they never give name of company just threaten to do legal stuff against you

i got this call for the 2nd time today regarding a restraining order and to contact my attorney, the first time  they called i called them back and they tried getting my ss # i said they have the wrong person and hung up. do not give these people anything. call you county attorney generals office and have them reported. tired of being harrassed. dont be a victim of identity theft

I recieved a call from a Karen Hill. Same scenario, these are fraud calls to get your money. Since when do you get a court order and restraining order over the phone? Since when did companies start giving people their last name? DONT DO ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.....ALL LIES FROM HELL!

received this message & called back, they are very slick operators & keep you in the phone. They try to trick you into giving your SS#. The first thing you tell them you are recording the message & then tell them to send the paper work to the address they have. Do not give them your address. IT IS A SCAM !!!!!!!

I received a phone message. I did call back unfortunately on a phone that is private. The message he left on my phone was a man named Todd Willis a "Special Investigator", I had to to respond in 48 hours. Their was a complaint against me and I had to appear in court and I had restraining order against me on 6/29/12. His number was 1-570-983-0544. My file number was GYLxxxx. I called back and received a menu and picked one selection and had music. I will report this to the police. If I had any legal action against me I would of been legally served with paper work first.

I received a call from (570-983-0544) at home I have never never received any money from Pay Day Loan.
I didn't excepted the call this time because they have call me before I asked for proof in writing never received it. I wish someone stop this company calling people. We already under stress don't need more. I will not except any calls from that company until I received something in writing with proof. Just received message from Kenneth Allen.   Number 570-983-0544.  This is a 3rd Party collection agency for Check N Go.    
Report Check N Go to Attorney General, there is a Class Action Law Suit against them.

Reporting on phone number --570-983-0544.  Never heard about them.  Don't know who is it.  It's a scam.

I have got several calls from this company from "Kayla Mccall" and at first i was worried, they called my cell phone, my work phone and the dr that i work for home phone wtf! i dont even know how they got that info! i finally Google the phone # and got me here, im glad i did cause now i will torment them just like they do me when they call, i can't believe they can get away with this something has to stop, there are people out there who don't have the resources or thought to research on the internet and just cave and give the evil [***] what they want feel so sorry for those victims! i cant wait for them to call me again!

I received a call from a friend tonight that we don't talk very often and she had the same message for me that I see here... I am so glad I googled this because i was freaking out wondering what they were talking about with a restraining order and i had 24-48 hours to call back etc. I don't know how people can get away with things like this... and how it is that they find our friends and families numbers. Unreal.

I recieved a call today from 570 983 0544 by a woman identifying herself as Special Agent Melissa.  She stated a complaint/restaining order has been filed against me and left a case number, advsing that I or my attorney must respond within 24 to 48 hours.   I responded alright.  I called my local police dept and reported the matter.    

The police says its a scam and how can a complaint/restraining order be against me when I don't know the parties????  The police office says do not answer or return any of the calls.  Says if  it was  legit wait until you get legal documentation.   And by any means DO NOT PROVIDE or CONFIRM TO THEM ANY OF YOUR INFOMATION, BANK, SSN, ADDRESS, ETC.    If they were legit they would already have it.

Why don't we have a little fun with these people. Since they can scare us and give us bogus info. Why not, tell them sure we'll pay it and give them bogus info, bad routing numbers, bad account numbers, just make their lives a living hell. Just saying.

they are frauds and i happen to know their addrress and phone number for all, that need to report them; they have two offices in atlanta and one in ohio i dont know the ohio address but here are the two atlanta addresses 1). 1720 peachtree st. suite 430 atlanta,ga  2).3355 Lennox Rd. suite 565 Atlanta, GA also the people in charge of the offices are Sherae Grant and also Taylor Edwards these are there real names as far as the special investorgators that call and leave messages for you those are not there real names , the real name of the company is Premium Express the other company names do not exist ( central process center, allied litigations group,or  Contenintal legal network) not real companies, I wonder if Premium express real, for those who would like yo know these are truely and indeed the address where they work out of. also the owners are named Daryl and Marcus dont know there last names
