Same thing as before.   Guy identifies himself as a Mr. Robertson.   He says for me to contact him immediately as there is a restraining order filed against me.

I owe PAY DAY & MORE LOAN want me to pay off the loan.  It would be turn over to court if I did not pay the loan and  I told him to turn it over to court . The amount of the loan is $932.00 and the settlement amount would be $500.00.

Timothy Brunswick has called my mother which lives in another city. He claimed i owed money to a Pay Day Loan at least at least 6-7 years ago. I have paid to another company and i decided to call the number to the company that recieved my money the message stated " the magic jack number you have call is not available" I am terrified. What can I do? Timothy also stated he worked at an attorneys office.

See the funny thing is FU...that you are not a legit debt collector...I know this because a stupid a$$ named Brendon Jones called me today and said the same thing...So I called back and found out that its for a line of credit from oct.2008, and a stupid [***] named Stacy Foster(well that is if that is her real name...My 5 year old sounded more intelligent than this lady...any how when I told her that I want a copy of the contract she said and I qoute ( you will see it when you show up for court.) and then hung up on me...She didnt like the fact that I called back 6 times and then told her that I to know the law and I have the legal right to a copy of that contract. She took down my address or so she says and said I will have it in three to five business days...The funny thing is FU I am a business owner and I keep track of ALL of my debts and no I never took a line of credit out back in 2008...I dont need to...like I said I am a Business owner...Look us at www.tenderhugstherapysupplies.com you will so know to also let you know and to let everyone know take it to your local police department save the voicemail and everything...the police will take a report and they WILL go after the true criminals

I got that call today and said the exact same thing. Yet, when I asked where am I supposed to show up for court the unnamed lady said Well you are going to have to go to san juan capistrano. I knew where that was and asked what state she said where ever you borrowed the money. I told her I would deal with it on my pwn and hung up.

a william green- special investigator- called my mom and dads home looking for me, but no one was at home. he left a message stating that charges had been filled and gave a case #. said i had 24 to 48 hrs to respond that a restraining order was in the charges! i still have the message on tape- call was at 12:41 pm central time on july 24, 2012

A TOTAL SCAM they are harrassing me on my job threatening a lawsuit for a loan I never had and threats of restraining order

they are frauds and i happen to know their addrress and phone number for all, that need to report them; they have two offices in atlanta and one in ohio i dont know the ohio address but here are the two atlanta addresses 1). 1720 peachtree st. suite 430 atlanta,ga  2).3355 Lennox Rd. suite 565 Atlanta, GA also the people in charge of the offices are Sherae Grant and also Taylor Edwards these are there real names as far as the special investorgators that call and leave messages for you those are not there real names , the real name of the company is Premium Express the other company names do not exist ( central process center, allied litigations group,or  Contenintal legal network) not real companies, I wonder if Premium express real, for those who would like yo know these are truely and indeed the address where they work out of. also the owners are named Daryl and Marcus dont know there last names

My son received the same type of call today. He had a complaint out against him and he needed to call them and use this claim number A21G1746.

I received a call just like many here have posted on Monday at work.  First a woman informed me that I needed to call 570-983-0544 immediately regarding a legal action against my social security number.  I spoke with a Steven Curry who continued to tell me that I could not receive a copy of the documentation that he could prove had been served upon me.  He acted as if he was placing me on hold while he would confer with his client to reach a settlement of the debt so that I would not have to appear in court.  The whole situation was very stressful.  I was eventually transferred to a Mark West, supervisor to Steven Curry who tried to close the deal.  I fell victim to the scam, but was quick enough to have listened to my gut and Googled the company name Central Process Services and came across these posts.  Thank you everyone because I immediately contacted my bank and reported my bank card stolen.  I proceeded to call back the company in which I again got Steven Curry on the line and I informed him that I was aware of their scam and they would get nothing out of me and I would see them in court.  He seemed taken aback that I said his name and Mark West's name was blasted all over the internet for trying to scam people out of their hard earned money.  Thanks again!

We received a phone call message from Cherie on our answering machine Friday night, August 3, stating a complaint was being filed against my deceased brother in law. They mentioned a restraining order and that he had 48 hours to respond. Way too many scams going on!! Trying to do what we can to stop this!!

My siblings received these same calls as well, on two different fates. I'm glad I found this website after googling their telephone number; the number is registered in Scranton, PN. the number that was given to my siblings for me to call back was 570-983-2593. I'm going to report it to my local law enforcement and notify the FTC. Don't get caught up, Don't Pay any amount to these people.
When I called in on two separate times, I also got the annoying music on hold for 6 - 7 minutes, then I hung up the line. These people are obviously SCAM artist.

I received a call advising there was a restraining order filed against me.  They failed to identify the person for whom it was filed against.  The recording advised myself or my attorney contact them at 570-983-0544 within 24 to 48 hrs.  I work in law enforcement and I can assure you this is not how a restraining order is served.  I did not call the number because it "IS" some type of scam.

Just got the call on Aug. 7, 2012 at 3:08 p.m. Mountain time. Apparently, the scammers laid off for a while and now are starting up again.

Yes I am on hold listening to the music.  I googled the number as the same selection plays over and over with a pause until it starts again.  We are not in trouble with the law nor do we have  any connection to Pennsylvania.  I've been reading this blog and the music goes on and on. The message was for someone with my last name but different first name.  Told me to call the contact # 570 983 0544 and gave me a claim affidavit # that I am a respondent in a  claim involving a restraining order.  The unidentified woman caller does says it is a civil investigation unit and I or my attorney has 24-48hrs to oppose this action.  Well, still on hold and now hanging up.  Bye bye irritating music.
