this number call my word. And left a message about a action filed against me.  I call back never could talk to anyone.

They called my best friend saying someone filed a restraining order against him and that he had to respond in 24-48 hours. I've witnessed how a restraining order occurs since a family member of mine filed one against a guy. They're stupid and wack.

Just try to tell others about the number and go on with your day. Don't give out information to anybody.

I received a call today that said I had been named in a court action and i had 24-48 hours to respond.  I was given a case number and wished good luck....  I believe this is a spam call.  After 15 minutes of music no one ever came on the line.  I did report them to the FCC  I am tired of this crap.

I got a call from this same number except they called my ex-employer and also my ex-husbands ex-inlaws; they left an automated message. I called the number today and the lady was very rude; said that I took out a loan and that I knew I had to pay it back. I asked who her client was - she couldn't tell me; I asked how much was this supposed loan for - she couldn't tell me. I told her that I couldn't make a payment today but that I could next week; she put me on hold for about 5 seconds and then come back and said that her client wouldn't except anything less than a $100 today. I told her I didn't have it and she said well we are going to pursue this in court. That is when I informed her that this is a scam and I am on to them. This is not the first time I have got a call about a supposed loan i took out in 2009; last time it was pakistani's that called and would tell me to shut my rude mouth. I told em to come to Texas and tell me that to my face! GET A REAL JOB!!!

is a sca they call me from different num we message send messages every 1 else send messages every 1 else gets they change my bank account fraud alerts and everything.  Do not call them back its a scam they are calling from  951-977-1365     213 area codes 469 area codes I wish to government woulf catch these people put them in jail im still waiting for them to serve me . Don't return your calls don't give them any information change your accounts

They called me tuesday and said i had 24 hours to call them back to pay $930.00 and will settle for $500.00. What a bunch of crapp. Who serves people over the phone. I know it would be legit if  it was a county cop serving at my door.

I rec'd a call at home and a call on my job from ms..burton from central processing services stating that a claim filed against me and i have 24-48 hrs and my attorney to respond and a restraining order will be filed against me and i may have to appear in court. i talked to this ms, burton and  i ask what is this about and she say a payday loan that i might had about three years ago and didn't pay , i ask well who is the loan with and she couldn't say and i ask what was the amount of the loan that i was supposed to have got and she couldn't say, but she did say they will accept a settlement offer and i got til the third of september to pay over the phone on a debit card, if not i will be supeaoned to go to court, now is that a scam or not

I have to receivied calles from this number 570-983-0544 stating I had complaint against me  and restraining order requiring my appearance.  Provided what was supposedly an affidavit number and said my attorney or I needed to call 570-983-0544 "immediately" and had 24 -48 hours to oppose the matter. I called and filed a complaint with my local police dept, the attorney general of PA and to the FTC against this company. When I call my local police dept I asked if someone filed somthing against me I woud of receivied documents about the matter NO PHONE CALLS. This company is a SCAM

I got the message from this number 570-983-0544 (my son answered the call).  The lady said someone has filed a complaint about me Case#G7777F1023 and asked me to call them.  I googled the numbers and here I am.  I've filed a complaint to the FTC.  Hope they will take care of this.  This is too much.

You must work for these scam artist.  If it was a legitimate debt they would be able to validate it.  Stop being an A**W)(O*!

A Threatning call from the above number, That someone complaint against me and to appear court. with case number A09T-2373. Please block this number. when I search in internet, its showing that similar complaint against this number and people geting calls from this number.

This "special Investigator Jim Reed" called my fiance. I'm not sure how they got her number. Anyway, he leaves a vm advising that I have been named a claimant and charges have been brought against me. I or my attorney needed to call back immediately and a restraining order has been filed against me....yada, yada, yada. This is the second time this has happened to me and I screwed with them the first time.  It is a scam people. They just change the phone numbers so sites like this have a hard time tracking them.

To the people who have spoken to the people at this number: What time of day are you calling when you are actually able to get through to a person? I just kept getting put on hold. I'm calling with Skype, fortunately, so I don't have to worry about the problem of getting transferred to an international line without realizing it (someone said that they had this problem when they called this "company" back) I would LOVE to actually talk to a real person though.

I just wanted to follow up with you. I too am receiving phone calls from this place with threats of arrest. It is regarding a pay day loan that was paid off.  How did you end up handling this? Did a warrant ever come out on  you?

I just received a call from these [***] for a pay day loan that I already paid off over 3 years ago.....I am going to go to that website to put a complaint in against them.....Human Resources @ my job just called me in regards to this....gave me a claim # & told them I was being investigated for a loan that I took out & didn't pay.....I explain to HR that this was a scam.....they definitely are a PITA.....thnx.

I got a call from these folks today. Quite assuming. I turned it over to the Sheriff's office in PA and FBI in PA. They both said it was a scam and to disregard the calls. I received a call from a Ms. Burton. They have also called my ex wife and my ex wife's husband's family looking for me. This is quite annoying. If they call people that you know tell those people to inform them that you will turn their information over to the FBI. Get as much info as you can if you talk to them. The number for the local FBI office in PA where they say they are based is 570-344-2404.

I'm ready to take out a warrant for Brandon Jones' arrest.  He and others like him from Central Processing keep calling the only number left that they can reach me, MY WORK and when you answer the phone at work it can get quite annoying and impossible to avoid.  I swore I was getting a whistle to blow when they idiots call.  This has been going on for several months.  so sick of it.  I am calling our phone provider here at work and asking them to add this number 570-983-0544 to there block list.  Maybe that will stop them for a little while.  My attorney has their information but says to not talk to them to just hang up.  But i am not always the one who answers the phone here.  I have had payday loans in the past and actually did file bankruptcy against the loan back in 2006.  So i have protection from these idiots.  Thing is they never will tell you what the debt is or who it is for only that there is a complaint against you and you need to act immediately.  Wow, how stinking ignorant these folks are.  I wish there was a sure fire way of getting rid of the calls.  Right now the only way I can think of is leaving my job with no future contact info.

A few problems here- (1)Why are they calling at work? In most States that is illegal. (2)Has proof of debt been asked for? (3)Calling to collect a debt on a person who has filed for bankruptcy is illegal. (4)Has a stop calling letter been sent?  -This has been going on for 7 months? Your lawyer should know all this.

WoW!!! I got screwed and I cant believe they are a scam. I just went to my bank and pulled everything out. I also took printouts of the info and turned them into the sheriffs dept. They got me for $100.00. My bank account is frozen and no access they will have. I kept the voicemail on my phone them dumb*****. The call was from special investigator, Jim Reed and I or my attorney needed to call them immediately. I even saved there email. I swear I am in Ohio and if I find them, they will wish they didnt f*** with me.
