- OJB replies to DNC = Do Not CryIt's my understanding that these Robo callers dial far more numbers than their live operators can handle so that the operators are kept fully busy. So if you answer and there is no operator free to take the call, then your call gets disconnected. Makes it all the more frustrating!
- AMDPlease stop calling my number I am on a do not call list. I opt out from 316 777 4374
- ACR1161Just got a call from them... Didn't recognize the co or the number so I didn't pick up... I looked the number up here first before I would bother to return the call... Of course they didn't leave me any voice mail either. Now I don't have any magazine subscriptions here at the office, so they shouldn't be calling on that account...

- DukeThey've called here continuously for days. I do receive several free/controlled circulation publications so today I decided to answer, expecting that they were looking to seek renewal information.
Mistake.
They were calling on behalf of the "Redmond Media Group" and wanted to confirm my email address so they could send out a free white-paper. I declined and hung up.- Caller: Blue Valley

- David GrazioI've received several phone calls from this number over the past few months and I've asked them to remove my number from their database however they continue to call our home phone sometimes after 9:00PM at night which is extremely intrusive and annoying!

- Margaret in VAI get 5-6 calls per day on my switchboard from this # and they always ask for the same person. This particular employee works off-site and only has a voice mailbox - we cannot transfer calls directly to him. Today I finally got tired of the calls and simply advised the woman that "Mr. So-and-So has advised me that he no longer wishes to receive calls from your company." I think I surprised the gal and she just mumbled, "Oh, OK" and hung up. We'll see if they call back....

- LemonsThey were calling us and asking for a contract worker. I would try to explain but the jerk would hang up. So I tracked them down on the internet and called the 800 number and she said she would remove us. I very nicely told her if they didn't I would file a complaint with the FCC. I also sent them an email with that same information.
This company actually does exist so the FCC will have an easy time going after them. So if they do not stop file a complaint on them. at least you can sleep at night knowing you cost them thousands of dollars.
By the way, just because they do political surveys does not give them the right to call you for other purposes and any time they call you can request to be removed for their list. If they continue to call you have the right to turn them in. You still have the right to say no to their calls.- Caller: Blue Valley Telemarketing

- JimH| 3 repliesBVTM is just another scam, fraud, devil telemarketer, pitching an ever-changing menu of scams to try to get your personal data and credit card numbers. They are also using other numbers besides 785-799-3900. No legitimate, state chartered educational institution calls every day to attempt to solicit something. If I want to take college-level, continuing education or certificate courses, Northern Virginia Community College is a short bus ride from my home and is very inexpensive for excellent instruction. I don't need a robo-caller scam supposedly outfit from Kansas to sell me anything. Everyone of you out there has a community college nearby. The number for a persistent caller of this nature will be programmed into our call blockers. It is assumed that all improperly or incompletely identified numbers are from the increasing number of scams, frauds, tie-lines, etc. This is why everyone must contact their elected reps in DC to demand that they significantly strengthen the DNC laws, providing extremely severe dollar and prison sentences for violators. This is an opportunity for Congress to actually do something useful for the country, not just pass gas and throw spitballs at each other. Any business must be properly identified on Caller Id, not hide behind Not Available, Private, Unavailable, etc. It is time to ban any kind of solicitation call, whether charitable, political, survey, opinion poll or whatever. You can be assured that funds donated over the phone will mostly go into the pockets of the organizers, not to the charity, along with a $10 donation showing up as $100s in charges. There must be a new scam and fraud being generated every second out there. We need call control, not gun control!

- AaronWow, I just had to comment on this. We were getting multiple calls per day but there was never anyone on the other end of the line. Rather irritating. So I called the 785-799-3500 & spoke with a very pleasant and articulate woman who removed our main number from the list. How unusual anymore to actually get a live, easily understandable individual on the phone who actually OFFERS to solve the problem. If you are having the same issue, call her & explain politely. Its worth the 2 minutes of your time.

- SickOfThisSh*t replies to GeorgeRobo calling is illegal. DNC list is a joke. I've put all my numbers on the DNC list multiple times ever since it was created. There has never been a slow down in these [***] wasting my time.
- guitar guy replies to WikiJim| 3 repliesThank you. We do understand that we may be a bother. Sometimes it takes a bit for the call to be placed on the screen (the hanging up on you). But in our defense, be nice and we'll be nice. We do follow the dnc list. The calls are dialed by an automatic dialer and yes, they tend to come in around the same time every day (several times sometimes) but that's not the sales reps fault. So be fair to us and well be fair to you. And f.y.i we technically don't have to take you off the list unless you say the magic words (put me/this number on the do not call list)
