- kmp replies to thebetterhalfFor anyone interested in reaching this company to have them quit charging you, you can call Mark Witt at 1-480-264-5000. Be careful of Susan, she answers the phones. They claim to be part of a company named Gamer Data.
The other phone numbers I located are 1-480-368-2585 - Jen was very helpful
1-888-351-6703 - goes into a call center, but only goes into a voice mail, no one seems to answer the phone number.
GOOD LUCK - backinblack replies to Sam getting ripped off by att
- omgduckieyou know i think this IS a scam! i dont even use nor does anyone have access to the phone i have on my plan - its one of those lines i had when my ex lived with me, grabbed my phone after the break up and havent used it since - all of a sudden i get charged 9.99 and then some service fees which brings my nifty total to 10.72 - thats BS that someone had to respond to their "confirmation text" because the SIM card and the phone that has the sim card in it, hasnt been charged in over a year.. now we have a ghost or a potential "technical glitch" on their server side.. silly little reps. now i have to call my phone company tomorrow and have them refund me and ooooh i'll definitely be calling this number tomorrow. they cant tell me i agreed on anything.. SOBs!
- NetFu replies to StarIt is the main phone number for AT&T Wireless. From what I've seen, it's probably an automated recorded advertisement. I ignored it several times, but got annoyed and answered it when they called me 4 times in one afternoon. I was with AT&T, but left them for T-Mobile last year, so I was even more annoyed after I realized it was them and they had no reason to be calling me.
Anyway, it was a stupid ad for how much better their service is now than it used to be, then they gave me the chance to opt out of future calls, which I did. Actually easier to just answer the phone once and opt-out than ignore or block the number every time they call.
By the way, I use Skype for my home phone service, have a standard cordless phone, and pay about $5 per month for unlimited calls to North America plus long distance that's cheaper and less of a hassle than any phone company. And blocking annoying calls like this is as easy as adding the number to a list.
Just an FYI for people driven insane by aggressive marketing like these idiots at AT&T... - Diego replies to PHmy wife too what should we do?
- sachsancalled cylon @ 480 2645000 and kept diaking extentions from 112 to 113 to 114 andf finally got a person. He say he will get it fixed in the next hour... I said I would not hold my breath... try that # and keep trying new extendsion numbers and leave a message on every one

- TSAL1965I just received my bill from AT&T. I found 3 charges, one from Cylon LLC and two from m-Qube on my wife's phone number. The number was the same 1-800-331-0500. I called it and it was AT&T. I spoke with Matthew. He was very polite, friendly and helpful. He said these were charges for "downloads". My wife has a 4 year old Motorola that she loves and wouldn't know how to download if you held a gun to her head. Anyway, Matthew put a download blocker on all 5 phones on my account and reversed the charges (totaling over $54.00). If you get one of these scam numbers billed I STRONGLY recommend calling AT&T.
- Caller: Cylon LLC & m-Qube
- Debbie replies to PH| 1 replyI just found the same charge on my AT&T bill. Mine is from CylonLLC for 9.99 a month. I may use my phone 5 to 6 calls a month, no more than 10 for sure. I agree with the class action lawsuit.
- No Pushover! So I also see "Cylon LLC: Alerts - Info Text 38146" on my bill twice (last month and this month) at ($9.99 each). I called Sprint and she put a block on them and reunded me the $19.98 total. I expected them to give me a number to call but she took care of it. Now I'll keep an eye out on my bill to make sure I receive the refund and that I do not get billed from Cylon again.

- Debbie Perry| 2 repliesThis was a charge on my AT&T phone bill. The "service" is Cylon LLC and when I tried to call the 1-800-331-0500 number, I was told the bill was in my husbands name and they could not talk to me. My phone bill both cell and home have been in my name from the very beginning (years)! I took my bill to work and asked one of my employees if they had this on their bill and sure enough it was. She called and AT&T said they would remove and credit her account.........
- boomer replies to Debbie Perry| 1 replyWe need to call the "parent" companies from payphones (if possible), tell them your returning the favor since 800 numbers bill the company, NOT the caller... A Bunch of BS!
- Larry replies to ARI called ATT. They are very familiar with this scenario. I had purchase blocker turned on for the phone, and they are going to refund the purchases. I've paid these @$$holes thirty bucks over the last three months. That cuts into my beer money.....<grin>
- att customer replies to boomerI had the same charge from cylon for $9.99. After reading these other posts, I checked my back bills and they have been appearing for FOUR months. I called ATT and the first operator I spoke with said they would not refund the charges, I had to discontinue the subscription myself, and she did not offer the purchase blocker. Needless to say I wasn't happy. I called back today and the operator immediately appologized for by previous service, put on the purchase block, and not only refunded the 90 limit, but refunded the entire amount. So, if the ATT operator refuses to refund the amount, call back!
I did try to contact cylon through their email account listed on the web page and never heard back from them. - Anonnyy!| 1 replyIf you guys receive a call from this number, don't answer it! Just let them leave a message and then call back by dialing 611 if you have to. Dialing the 800-331-0500 takes away from your minutes, dialing 611 doesn't!
- ConfusedWhat if you don't even subscribe to AT&T sevice or never had? I'm also on the do-not-call registry. Weird.
- Sid K replies to DebbieI too got charged by Cylon LLC and it says Gamerdata.
The charge was for 9.99 on March 07 2009.
I called my carrier Tmobile and they told me to call the 800 number next to bill charge. I did and did not get anyone to help me.
I am going to fight this by not paying that part of the bill. - scarrYou were the one who ordered it. Those things just dont just show up. Oh that's right your kid will inly use the phone for emergencys.
- Bluedog replies to Joker| 1 replyIn my case the ATT reference to this phone number was a charge on my AMEX Credit card. It was a charge for my Iphone monthly billing.
- CristinaRecieved this call on my cell At&t cell phone. It was At&t customer service letting me know that my issue was resovled. This is a call I was expecting and is not unsolicited.
- Caller: AT&T

- DebraTherse people keep calling me, three times a day, never leave a message when I did not answer. Want to know if I would like further education to help me in finding jobs in todays times. I told them not to call me, I can seek out my own further education needs if I want, I do not need them. They told me I was going to be charged $40.00 for being put into thier system? What the? I never signed up for anything, I never asked them for help. WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? Also if you try to call thier number back it will not work. WHAT A SCAM. If they try to charge me anything I will seek an attorney.
