- lp replies to Janine K| 1 replyI got this on the door the other day. They admitted it was them and they hire third party lien adjusters to come and leave these notes on the door when payments are late . I think a class action suit is in order. Not something they are suppose to do, sending people walking your property , and putting notes on the door. This is not legal.
- LP replies to RaemaraI am a client and mortgage holder with Wells Fargo . I have been in foreclosure three years ago, got a modification through court order after two years of papers getting lost and have paid my mortgage for over a year . I am late again but not in foreclosure and these tactics have started happening again. Both the paper on the door and the bible quotes in a child's voice are Wells Fargo. Number is real and goes right to the payment center. Have called about it twice and the person on the phone admitted this was the case for the paper note on the door. They said they are hiring outside adjusters to come onto the property to stick up notes and check the property. So that means they are hiring thugs and strangers to come and post on the property. Then i received a message that was recorded child voice spouting Biblical excerpts , this was yesterday. It's disgusting and not legal to harass people and leave what i consider threats on a phone. My daughter heard this message and it is sick behavior. I will be making a complaint to the banking regulatory commission. I have also already spoken to the NJ state attorney general's office several years ago and will do this again now that this is happening again.
- Receptionist too2Reports from our switchboard indicate that this number (Wells Fargo) and 800-511-5750 (Conns) have been alternating in through the main directory since 8 AM. Both are using identical robotic message. The fact that some of the messages are incomplete indicate to our office that they care calling every extension, leaving switch board to get the bounce back.
- Creeped OutI just received a voice mail from Wells Fargo. The first part was the creepy kid voice talking about worshipping idols. The second part was the standard "We want money" voice mail.

- KIts Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. They start robo calling if you don't pay your payment by the first. I'm in the middle of suing them because the way they handled a Home Modification that took over 5 years to complete and there incompetence that violated every federal law in banking. Last month they tried to charge my bank account 2 mortgages without my approval to cover December and January payment and I never approved them taking out for January 2016. Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Capital One, BB&T, any big banking industry all should be put out of business and I applauded when the get robbed by Bank Robbers. Their CEOs and staff are diabolical incompetent [***]. Seriously, I never did anything wrong with my mortgage and they violated every consumer right they could. The little people are just being raped by these industries with little government oversight.

- Matt replies to JulissaI got a call from this number and I have never done any business with Wells Fargo, nor do I have any credit that they may have bought from another company. Almost all companies use mail to reach customers for stuff like this. It is most likely a scam. The company I work for has had problems with people calling stores and posing as an employee from the IT help desk. These scammers then have a store employee give them enough information to steal thousands of dollars from the store. I have gotten these calls; they are very convincing. Major companies do not do their business over the phone and neither should you.
- GIBabe replies to anonymousScum, yes they are breaking the law WF
