Same text alert from: 87598, says Spectrum: We've detected an issue affecting your services, please call 1-833-778-2754 for a service appointment at no cost to you".  I had no issues so I did not call.  I did however call Spectrum on the normal numbers and reported this to the FRAUD department so they are aware of this issue.  Hope this helps someone!

Got repeated msg, usually just tossed unread: “Same text alert from: 87598, says Spectrum: We've detected an issue affecting your services, please call 1-833-778-2754 for a service appointment at no cost to you"  - Already have own modem from Time Warner daze & service is just fine; Call on secure old copper phone line- and enter their own # 833-778-2754 as mine @ prompt; Keep reciting “live agent” as robo OGMs run- get a live one & ask “what work is going in my zip code that needs attention & premises access?” , without IDing self; So whether bogus or incompetence, fact that they didn’t catch their own # as ID is enuff to say “When there’s a problem I’ll call you” Urge anyone to contact their State’s Public Service Commision to file complaint and insist on detailed tech report what exactly prompted the robo txts/calls

Got same "Spectrum" message as everyone else via phone and text.  Did not answer either and do NOT intend to!

So IF I do not call, I will start to have issues???  Funny how I (and many others) have none now without "them" coming.

Rec'd a call today from 833-778-2754 advising there was a problem with my service & I should call this number to set up a free appointment.  I'm not having any problems that I'm aware of & not planning on returning the call.  If I receive something in the mail regarding switching out the equipment, that's a different story maybe.
