I found my bills for $14.99 were for SuperPass, part of RealPlayer.com services.  SuperPass is available free for 14 days, and apparantly it is not automatically disconnected - I had no such notice.
    Go to http://music.real.com
You will be redirected to Rhapsody.com
Sign in to get your account number: Choose "forgot Password". (Using your email address as user name, and they will send password to you).
    Choose Account summary.
By following the links from RealPlayer on my system, I came to a page that said call 866-212-1343 with the account number ready to cancel SuperPass because "Chat and email agents are unable to process cancellation requests."
    Wish me luck now.

Your wife probably signed up for SuperPass with Realnetworks to watch TV show live and chat on the internet.  You will get this charge continually if you don't cancel with them.

Just found this in my bank statement. Called them and they canceled it and were very polite to boot!
Total time on the phone = less than 5 minutes.
I wish all companies were this good to deal with.

I had 4 months of charges before I noticed them.  I called their customer support number at 1-866-585-4541 and had the charges removed.

The first person is authorized to cancel the subscription and remove 1 month's charge.  The supervisor was authorized to remove the remaining 3 months.

I guess that I accidentally subscribed to SuperPass when I downloaded the latest version of the Real Player.

Nope. SOmebody is using stolen CC numbers to buy subscriptions.  Just found two on my statement, and realmedia is not helpful.

    Check your statements!

realmedia cancelled the subscriptions, but won't credit my account.

Says it up to me to pursue it with my bank.   Class act!  JERKS!

I had two charges  made against my checking account in the amount of $14.99 each with the phone number 866-212-1343.  I never authorized the charges and now I am faced with arguing with my bank about the charges.  I have not been able to reach the business that charged my account.

I am going to notify the Attorney General in Washington state and ask for an investigation for fraud.

I didn't receive any calls, but I was billed 5/15/08 and 6/14/08 for $12.99 each time on my Sears Gold MasterCard statement.  It reads both times as RN *REAL BB ESSENTIALS 866-212-1343 WA (note WASHINGTON).  No information on this toll-free # on reverse phone look-up.  Thanks all of you, I may not be alone, I guess.   I'll try to stop it, and get reimbursed by my card company, wish me luck!

    FRAUD!

Let's file our complaints to the FTC.
They might be able to disable this company.

I have never authrized this '$14.99' deducted over a year from my CC. I might have clicked on something, but never authorized for this service(s)...never aware of this service, never used their services at all. Therefore, we should not be liable for these expenses.

Federal Trade Commission ('protecting America's consumers'sounds good?)has a site to file your complaint against a firm like this.

I just noticed that I have been being charged $12.99, $14.99 and $9.99 a month on my credit card for RN Real BB Essentials, RN Superpass From REA and RN Realarcadegamepass all out of Washington.  I have no idea who this is or what they are selling.  I am working with my credit card company to remedy this problem.  I guess, I am not alone.

On my credit card bill I had a charge for $12.99 for this post - RN Real BB Essentials.  I thought it was for McAffee software but input this name RN Real BB Essentials and found it to be on this post.  Phone # given as 866 212 1343 in WA  Otherwise I never authorized this payment on my credit card. I am on alert with BNY Mellon and will notify them.  I will also look this up on my credit card post.
