Got 2 charges for $12.99 on thesame day!! From RN *Real Essentials with 866 number from WA. Neveer heard of them. Called them and got run around- "could be anything- Medi Player, Movies, etc." I never ordered this, never would ordered it. Now I am writing to Visa to dispute and remove. I will prosecute if they wish. Indian sounding operator wanted my credit card number to "locate my account". Ha-fat chance

I didn't get a phone call, but was being charged 12.99 a mo. for something I never signed up for, I called them to see what it was, they said I was being charged since July, they said they couldn't refund my money, and they would cancel my account, so I called my bank to dispute the charges, but I can only go back 2 months, I tried to call BB Essentials back and they hung up on me. I will be calling my lawyer next, and also the Better Business Bureau

I was charged $12.99 on Nov. 2,and I am going to file a complaint. I don't haave extra $$ to give away !!

I have these same charges I called and was told they would refund my money and wouldn't take any more out. Well they did. So I called my credit card co. and am going to file a dispute with them I also had to get a new card with a new number just to ensure they can no longer get money out. It's sad how people can do this.

I see that alot of people have been charged by this company without knowing that they were signed up for anything.  I too had the same problem when I looked at my statement today and saw the charges.  This has been going on for me for the past 3 months and I didn't know it.  I called 833-212-1866 just a little bit ago to cancel the charges and have the other ones reversed.  They told me that they took care of it and I should see something on my account within the next 7-10 buisness days.  Hopefully this is true.  I guess time will tell.  They also gave me a ref# to use for this dispute if I need to call back.  I hope it is all taken care of from here and that I won't have to make any further calls.

I also got scamed good time. Was able to get two charges off,but time had run out for three others. I would love to know how they get your card # to charge your card with.
I don't even know and can't find out what it is.

I also was scamed with these folks,rn real bb esentials. I still have not found out how they got my card 3 when I never put it on line.

Wonder if someone could get thee folks bb essentails reply to our statements.

Called and talked to Chris Gordon (sounds like a cover name from someone in India). Employee number 1572237802. Got my $34.99 refunded. Hope this helps someone.  Thanks.

i only looked at the sight,never gave them my card number or authorized and transitions.how do they get away with this type of business.

i am having trouble with this company also. they told me that they did not recognize the card number or my account number and that the account was in my daughters name..lol.i put in for a dispute with my credit card company and will let them handle it.i also was charged 12.99 for something lol.

If you were signed up for Rhapsody they changed their name to Real Network. Also some online games and other music subscriptions.

I noticed the charges from BB Essentials-12.99. I never ordered anything from them. When you call you get a foreigner who can't speak English very well. You get nowhere with him. He tries to tell you it is for an anti virus. Apparently they must have given us the virus and able to get our information. The worse is that they are able to charge our credit acct. and the banks say we have to deal with this co. in order to get our $
refunded. What a racket.

Today I have made about the 10th try to get this straighten out with my card co. This Rn Real BB Essentials needs to be  done away with. who in the world would want them foranthing. All they do is getting people's money for nothing.
