Made call just now 8.30pm got through within 3mins spoke to very nice lady called Bawn who I explained my problems to she offered to send me extra pills free ( why did I get a feeling of da-ja-vu) I said no no no but she said they are free as our company policy is not to refund so I had paid for them, I said please just give me a confirmation of cancelation number & I will let my bank sort it out. she gave me it, now I will hold my breath and see who wins!!!

I am also looking for a way to cancel this product.  I thought I was  only getting a one time shipment.  I don't know the name of this company.  Any help or advise out there?

I called this morning about 9:05 CST and got through right away.  They cancelled my order/account and the other two places said I am not in their system.  So we'll see.  I cancelled my card anyway so they can't get my money.  I just wanted to elt everyone know there is one site out there with an accredited BBB report, A-.   They are the only site with an accredited BBB report.  They use PayPal which means they need a confirmed address and I read their site over 4 times to be sure before I ordered anything.  They have the actual berry not just an extract.  They also only ship what you order.  Worth checking out.  I bought some ONLY BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH PAYPAL AND IT IS A SECURE PURCHASE AND IT'S INSURED...so we'll see how it goes.  Anyway, the site it wwwacaiberrysite.com  hope this helps anyone....

I never received a call from this number, but I did order this product.  About 20 mins after I ordered it I thought about it and decided to cancel it.  They told me they would, and promptly charged my card the shipping fee of a product I told them not to ship.  I went on vacation, came back and had the package sitting at my house.  I could never get up with anyone without being put on hold.  I then looked and saw I had been charged the $89.31.  I have sent the product back with a nice letter informing them to return my money to my account.  They also sent me another product I never asked for and I sent that back as well.  Do NOT order this product, it is worthless and basically a cc scam in my opinion.

WARNING!!!  Do not order anything off the internet from these websites for acaii berry or acaii energy or anything!  These people are crooks!  I don't know how I even got caught up in this scam, but my personal banking information, cell phone, home address, & a fake e-mail address were given to order this product and about ten other products that charged my debit card account.  I am very cautious when doing any kind of online business and don't know how my information got out to the criminals.  I had to cancel my debit card, close my checking account, file a police report, notify the major credit reporting companies, notify each individual credit card company, the Attorney General, the Better Business Beaurau, the Social Security Administration, the Federal Trade Commission, etc.
I've called the 877.350.8480 number 3 times so far.  I can not get a refund of my money to my account.  I can not speak to a manager.  I can not get the idiots on the other end of the line to tell me what country they're from, what continent they're on, or if they are even north or south of the equator!  I proceeded to tell them that what they are doing is a FEDERAL CRIME & they would be punished to the fullest extent of the law.  I am going to use this number when I'm a little buzzed just to give them hell!  "IF" I even get their product they say they've already shipped I'm probably going to CRAP in the bottle and send it to whatever return address is provided.  Somebody needs to shut these criminals down!

I odered my FREE sample on the 13th. I never got the sample. I got a bottle of Natra Pure "Colon Cure" on the 28th. and a little paper that read "On the 15th. day of ordering my Free sample, my Credit Card will be charged &&*())__((*&&^ if I don't cancel  the order on or before the 14th. day. But that paper came with the order 15 days later!!!!
I called a few times and the hung up on me.

Anybody got lucky to get a refund?

I actually did not get a call from this number, it was on the return address of the acai berry product I ordered.  The rest of the address is:

I received the envelope today and am sending it back immediately.  I went to my bank about this scam and I told them that I had only given the company authorization to charge me with the shipping charges for the free 30 day supply.  I also told them that I am returning the product as soon as I receive it.  My bank told me that if they charge me the monthly fee for the product and I did not authorize it, to let them know about it and I will have to file a claim against them and they will issue me a new credit card.  I am mad at myself because I always check out a company before I order anything on line but since Oprah Winfrey endorsed the product, I figured I had nothing to worry about.  I sure hope someone lets her know about this scam.  I personally can't afford $80 a month anyway but they don't tell you how much it is going to cost if you want to continue to buy the product.

I am holding now to try and cancel.  I jsut recieved my $3.95 trial of Natra Pure yesterday.  I have been on hold for about 10 minutes.  I did see the little paper that comes in the package.  Aparently there are three other companies I have to call to cancel things I did not order.  Ugh!  I will let you knwo if I am successful!

Well here is my story:  Ordered the "FREE" Trial for just $2.00, they charged my account $2.97 - NEVER received the FREE trial - then they billed my account just 14 days later for $89.31.  Called and the first representative hung up on me, called back and disputed the charge with Rep #2, requested a manager - no one available.  Called back again Rep #3 gave me the same song and dance - I have NEVER received the trial and they supposedly mailed me a months supply - NEVER received that.  He was going to find a manager - no one came back on the line.  I requested of Rep #3 a mailing address so my attorney could send them their notice of legal action and he wasn't able to provide that with me - I asked him how he got to work if he didn't know where he was??  I will report them to the Internet Fraud Department with the FBI link that someone has provided to us.  I don't need a headache, I just wanted to lose some damn weight &^%$#@!  I will be relentless in my endeavors to hound these  people to no end - I hope you will join me!!!  Best of luck -

Update from my last entry on 15 May 2009.  I sent both the acai berry and the colon cleanse back before the 14 day trial period was up.  Today I received another bottle of the colon cleanse.  I also sent it back.  I went to my bank to report this as a fraud and filed a claim.  They said I am not responsible for the charges because I did not authorize them and my visa has a no liability clause.  I will be getting a new credit card so I hope that this will end.  I read on Oprah's website that she and Dr. Oz never promoted either of these products and her studio is going after the websites who illegally used her name.  I cannot believe these people are still continuing to do this to people after all this time.  Something is definitely wrong here.  I did try to call this number and the one in California where the credit card transaction came from but was put on hold for a long time and I just hung up.

Phone call from Internet Speedway ( 888-67-5549) stating I ordered a ecommerce software. I did not.  

Then received a package from Fulfillment (877 350-8480), which I did not order. Returned it to sender.

update -  I just got off the phone with this company and told them I wanted to cancel my acai berry and colon cleanse order.  I spoke with Patrick.  He asked for my telephone number and I asked him why I had to give him my phone number.  He told me so he can look up my account.  I said can't I just give you my name and address?  Then he wanted my credit card number and I told him they already had that information and I wasn't going to give him my credit card number.  He then agreed to look up my account under my name and told me that I was not in their database.  I told him I had been receiving the products at my home and have sent them back unopened and I wanted a refund.  He again asked me to cooperate with him if I wanted to be helped and asked for my phone number which I unwillingly gave to him.  He then told me that I was not in their database.  I think I put in my cell phone number on the order, not sure.  But anyway he again asked me for my credit card number and I told him again they already had that information and I was not going to give it to him.  I told him I wanted a refund because this was a scam.  He then told me he had other to people to help and hung up.
