These people took money out of my account without my authorization as well. I now have to go to the bank to cancel this card and get new one. I spoke with customer service for the acai, not at all helpful.I will be filling out fraud papers through my bank and contacting the Attorney Generals office in my state. I encourage everyone else to do the same. Beware they use several different names.

I am in the same predicament as you.  I did not realise when I ordered Acai Berry samples that I would have to receive them every month.  I have been unable to get through to the telephone number given.  Can you help please?

Hi This has happened to me too. I cannot get through on the phone as it is telling me that I am not registered to use the toll free number. I live in Scotland does anyone know the number to call from overseas. Would be grateful for any help!!!

I have logged a call with the FBI.
I would encourage you all to do the same, hopefully we can get some of our money back and close this company down so that they don't scam others.

you need to dial 001-877-350-8480 from the UK just keep ringing untill you get through, I got through approx 8.30pm UK time,when you do make sure you get a 7 digit cancelation code.

really wish i'd done the smart thing and looked for negative comments about this stuff before i ordered the "free trial". I got three months of this crap taken out of my bank account and didn't realize it until it was too late to do anything about it. I tried calling all the different numbers that were attached to the merchant id's on my bank account and have gotten no help at all. I had to cancel my card to get these charges to stop. Not helpful at all. I just hope someone can get these people to answer for this ridiculous scam.

how much did it cost you to call them? is it mega expensive??? am already out of pocket. I have Cancelled my debit card so they cant get anymore money. do you think i nedd to call? thanks

Do you have the #s for Fit Factory and Price Limbo?  I'm in the same predicament.  Fulfillment for the Acaiberry tablets - I was able to get through and they said it was cancelled...we'll see.  I'm also to return the product and call them with a tracking # and money should be refunded in 3-10 business days.  What a scam!

What was interesting when I rec'd my trial bottle...there was nothing else enclosed.  No # on the bottle or nothing.  So I didn't receive anything that referred to 14 day trial (the company said it was on the website at the bottom and I should have scrolled down).  I'm going to be looking to see if that is the case.  This is crazy!

I am also from AUSTRALIA..  I ordered the ACAI Berry 500 today as a free trail + $5.54 for postage. I am very disappointed that this is a sham!!  What number do i call from Australia to cancel. Please help!!

Hi, I had the same experience as all the posters, but after more than one month calling those people I've got all the refunds so insist untill get your money back.

I rang and was cut off like others I then tried again got a cancellation number then to my shock got 89 taken from my account.  I have rang again today 08/01/09 at 6.50pm GMT spoken to another person who actually chekced my account has given me a 7 digit cancellation number and has promised no more will be taken from my account wanted to no why I cancelled and told them because they were con artists and she then said she would send me another free bottle for my inconvenience!!!!!!!

Good Luck on receiving your money back.  I ordered in Nov. of last year and have yet to receive my money.  I've been calling and calling and they tell me something different each time.  I've long since returned their product unopen and they charged me 89.31 before the 14-day trial was over.  What a scam!

I just spent 22 minutes on hold, got a lady on the line, as I was giving her my information she hung up on me.  How do we stop them from scamming?

Called NUMEROUS times.  Usually said they were having technical difficulties and to call later.  One time got a human.  She asked how she could help me...as soon as I told her I wanted to cancel all future orders she began to say she couldn't hear me!  No lie! I had ordered Acai, and was charged $89.31 even though I tried to cancel within 14 days.  Credit card dispute is in the works.

I ordered a "free trail" of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse and learned a hard lesson. If you haven't order these, DON'T! First, I cancelled both when I first received the product. The Acai Berry cancelled with no issues, but after 2 hours on the phone with the Colon Cleanse, it was cancelled....or so I thought. I was charged $89.31 yesterday, so I had another LONG phone call with some guy you can't EVEN UNDERSTAND this morning. He said, they are not permitted to give refunds. After our conversation got heated, he said, I have other calls..........and HUNG UP ON ME! Total scam! I cancelled within 4 days of ordering....clearly within the 14. So - now I've had to cancel my credit card, get a new one, and my bank is fighting them! Don't hesitate if you've enrolled! I don't think that you can UN ENROLL! Cancel your card and contact your  bank! The company will not help you at all....although they claim that their calls are recorded! Love to see if that's true! HA

I did the same as all of you...I called and cancelled...had to call two numbers!  Got 2 cancellation codes and they still charged my card.  When I called to have the charges reversed they said I had to have a tracking number, to call and let them know what it is, then they would refund my money.  I called my bank to have the charges reversed but my bank rep called to see if they would reverse the charges and they agreed to in 5-7 days!  meanwhile I'm out $92.58 and an over balance fee!  This is a huge scam!  The customer service is horrible.  Because I was so angry with them they put me on hold and were laughing about it. Nice huh!

I clicked on the Rachael Ray link and was directed to this site, ordered the "14" day trial got enough for 7 days.  I called to cancel, of course not one person I spoke with could speak English, she said she would send out another trial and that I would have until Jan. 26th to cancel.  I tried to cancel today, did get a confiem number for what that is going to be worth.  She refused to tell me the name of the company saying it is confidential, well right there should tell something.  I am sending all these messages to Rachael Ray.  Thanks and good luck to all.
